After seeing similar bundles for used and refurbished cameras for only a few dollars less I was skeptical that this one would truly be a new one, but it was. Everything was wrapped and packaged obviously directly from the factory and not a scratch of ding on it. Delivered quickly too.I've taken a few hundred pictures with it now and they've all come out nice. (Pictures I posted are probably degraded by the internet to save bandwidth.) This is an easy to use camera in full auto mode as well as providing very good control in the program and full manual mode. If you're new to cameras that are more advanced than point and shoot types, take the time to learn how to use all the settings. There are lots of videos online for this particular camera that are very helpful.The lenses seem to be good quality for this price range too. Yes, I guess it's considered a beginners camera, but also nice that it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. All the other accessories were included too. I used to shoot much more advanced photos back in the days of having a film camera with my own color darkroom, but after decades of being out of it (just got burned out), digital is a new world for me in some ways. So for me this is a great camera for casual to even more serious shooting as I return to this hobby. Time will tell how much I get back into this, but so far I think this is a great camera.

The Camera is Canon and it does not disappoint. The bundled items however is mostly inferior or not useful. The extra battery is great, also the memory cards. The cleaning tools are ok. I have not yet pulled the software and tried them. Tripods are weak, flash is trash. I will continue to buy Canon cameras for sure, but this bundle seems significantly a way of getting rid of items that may otherwise not be sold on their own. Is it value for money? I am not sure at this point.
