It seemed like a gimmick but thought I would check to see if it was offered on Bolo. I did read some reviews that said it didn't work. However my 16 month old Goldendoodle is quite a barker. If any loud truck goes by our house he is at the window barking. Also when guests visit he barks. Super friendly but barks. A lot. He has been to obedience training and does a fair job of listening and obeying most commands but that class didn't cover barking. So I thought for $30 and free returns it would be worth a try. Again, my expectations were low and assumed I would be heading to the UPS store to return the day after receiving it. Got the device, charged it and didn't have to wait long for the barking to begin. I put it on the high, pulse setting and hit the button. He immediately stopped and spun around to look in my direction. I was stunned. I use the command "settle" prior to pushing the button. I have had it for 5 days now and it may be one of the best $30 I have ever spent. Time will tell if it continues to work or if he becomes immune to it. I will say that I have already had times where the command alone was enough so I truly believe he is learning. I will update this review if the progress goes south. For now however, I would highly recommend the product if you have a stubborn dog that ignores you. I do not receive any type of compensation from the company.

Milo approved!Worked immediately and flawlessly for my case. I have a bigger pup and my neighbors have two medium dogs. When my neighbors dogs see my dog outside they bark nonstop to the point where the owners have to come out and grab them and drag them inside sometime. Today when I let my dog out, the neighbor dogs ran to the fence and started barking as per usual. I promptly pointed the device directly at them from about 30 feet away, and they stopped in their tracks, turned around and ran and hid underneath the trampoline in my neighbors, backyard and observed us rather than barking at us. Amazing! I even approached the fence, talked to them and gave them love and they stayed calm the entire time and returned to a resting position rather than their normal total freak out state.My Milo doesn’t pay any attention to them at all but I feel bad the entire neighborhood has to hear the neighbor dogs loosing their minds. It seem problem solved!

I couldn’t be happier. I have seven dogs and when one barks, they all bark. It has caused my life to be very stressful and noisy. This little devise is a game changer. I feel like I live in a different house! I received it yesterday and gave it a full charge. Came home from work and as soon as the barking started, I yelled “No”, and gave a beep. They ignored me as usual. Then I hit the magic button and you would have thought their feet were on fire the way they all jumped and scurried away. Since then I only have to beep, but in truth, they’ve been so quiet, I haven’t even had any to go to ‘the button. I am beyond happy!!! My family is happier. There is less stress in the home. Thank you!!

I have three dogs, and when one barks, they all bark—it turns into a chorus! I’ve tried bark collars, and while they’re effective, I really don’t like leaving them on all day.I bought this device on a whim and honestly didn’t expect much… but it works! I usually start with the beep, and that alone is enough to get them to stop because they know what’s coming. The ultrasonic (silent to us) sound instantly grabs their attention—they quiet down and run inside for a treat.My only complaint (and why I took off one star) is that it doesn’t have a strap! Please, please add one so it can be easily carried on walks. Right now I’m trying to figure out how to clip or hang it because I don’t want it taking up a hand.Still, I’m really impressed. Great solution if you want to ditch the collars but still need something to curb the barking.

Our 4 yr old aussie girl has always been very confident and self assured, but a little over protective. She goes into overdrive barking when deliveries occur and we have not been able to slow her down. This has done the trick, when she is winding up, I give her a sonic pulse and she pauses so I can give a no command. It takes 4 or 5 for the delivery to be completed, but with this I can keep her from barking and in a much calmer state. Next will be to work on her barking into the neighbors yards. This works and is a very easy and convenient way to train.

Works great… a little too great. I’m trying to teach my dogs not to bark at every little thing. Rather, I’m teaching them to listen when we say hush. We’re out in my yard for a few hours a day (broken up at different times). We’re neighbors to a little community of houses, separated by a big wooden fence. Most of these houses have dogs. I have inadvertently trained about 4-5 of my neighbor’s dogs to “hush” when I say to. My dogs will start barking when they heard the other dogs, which would then prompt the other dogs to bark. I know I trained them, because neither dogs would listen before. So this device has made me a “dog whisperer “

We have a new 9 month old puppy and a grumpy 9 year old black lab. We are doing some remodeling so dogs have been outside more when we have been gone. Talked with our neighbor and said older dog is barking in afternoon, usually stops if they holler at her. Got this to help and seems to stop her pretty quick. Pup doesn’t bark much, she loves everyone, but have used it trying to get her to stop chewing yard stuff. Works so so on her but she’s a Great Pyrenees mix and they are stubborn so jury is still out on that one. Definitely worth trying for your dog.
