I work exclusively with the intake nurse who administers the eye gel and the port for anesthesia. I’ll often be asked to restock her supplies of syringes and she often forgets where she last placed her pen light. This package of three was available to order and I felt it might be a good idea to order them so I could always carry one in my pocket should she not have hers. I’m not sure if she uses the pupil gauge or ruler or not because I’m usually getting our patients gowned and taking blood pressures. While we’re working together, we are each doing separate things. I personally like the fact that the bulb isn’t exposed because it’s protected from breakage in a concave head. The three pens come with six AAA batteries so everything works from the get go. My nurse is trying to get me to part with my pen light and I’ll probably put one in her Christmas stocking. The unit is made of aluminum and has a handy metal clip. The unit is also very nicely made. The three pens come with lights are well worth the purchase price

These pocket flashlights are wonderfully handy! They are very lightweight and they have a nice strong bright and directed light.These flashlights are very pretty with very nice color tones.They do come with batteries for each one. The included batteries all work but I wouldn't count on these no-name batteries to last all that long.One really great thing about these is the little battery orientation pictures (unobtrusively!) printed right on the outside of each one! So there's no straining to see symbols way deep inside the flashlights! Very handy!I would recommend these flashlights to anyone! I like these a lot!

These little flashlights are so nice to have. They are small enough to put into a pocket. they are bright enough to see almost anything. I really am happy that I got these.

I didn't get these penlights for medical use, I got these to use around the house or in my office when I was doing something where I need a little light in close quarters that I could hold in my mouth and have both my hands free. One for the bedroom, one for the kitchen, and one for the bathroom. These work for that. I had hoped that they'd be a little brighter but they're good enough for up to about a foot or so away. I'll have to get something else to keep in my glove box in the car. I guess it was an ok deal for $9.99 for a set of three if they hold up.

I got these recently and these pen lights are excellent. I work in Pain Management and I gave one to our Lead Dr and one to the #2 Dr and they love it! - I saved one for myself that I carry in the glove compartment. It also has a pupil gauge as well as a little ruler in mm. Comes with 3 sets of AA batteries as each unit takes 2. The click activator is atop the penlight and is rubber and the light is concave, fits within the pen so the bulb wont break. Great for Doctors, Nurses and anyone who uses or wants to have a handy little light.

I like these Risemart 3-Pack Pen Lights. The aluminum body feels well made. The on/off end cap button has a rubberized cover. It comes with batteries and has a metal pocket clip. The white unit is the easiest to read the pupil gauge, the black one is easy to read, also. The gold one has a gauge that is a little more blended in with the color of the unit's housing. The light brightness is reduced for testing pupillary light reflexes without being blinding. The only cons I found were the gold unit's pupil gauge blending in with it's housing color and the aluminum threads for the cap on the battery compartment felt "sandy/gritty" when I screwed the cap on.

I love that the batteries are rechargeable, we've been making the switch so luckily already have a charger. If you don't have one though, you'll need to pick one up. I actually wanted these to carry in my car and pocket for a quick light in dark places, and they work great for that purpose as well as checking pupils and pupillary response. Easy to use, comfortable to hold, the recessed bulb keeps it safe if it drops.

Batteries are included! These pen lights are fun for pets, to have on hand in a first aid kit and I even added one to my car emergency kit. So handy and you never know where and when you may need it
