The six interchangeable blades cover everything I need. From thin cucumber slices to shredded carrots and even garlic grating. Switching blades is easy, and they store neatly in the included box so nothing gets lost or damaged.It is also compact, lightweight, and actually looks nice on my counter. The non-slip finger guard is a huge plus, especially when slicing smaller items like radishes. Everything feels secure and safe to use.=Cleanup is also a breeze. I just rinse or toss the parts in the dishwasher, and they’re good to go. For quick meal prep or detailed garnishes, this slicer saves me so much time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to speed up prep without a bulky appliance taking up space.I can finally make my okoy (A Filipino crispy shrimp pancakes) easily!

Overall Rating: 4 starsHad to let the wife test this one out. She was excited about it. Taking it out of the box, this isn't flimsy plastic at all. The clear board has some weight to it and is thick. The rest of the pieces are plastic and fit together well. They don't feel thin or like it wouldn't be able to handle the slicing. Solid overall.Utilitiy: works as described. What my wife loved is that it was really simple to use, the guard protected your fingers and it made a QUICK job of slicing. she did a few different veggies on it and really liked it.The only thing that was a drawback, which is why she said she'd rate it 4 stars: It seemed to be a chore to keep it anchored while using. Just kept sliding... That said, she'd buy this and use it w/out a 2nd thought. Overall, great product!

KEOUKE Transparent Multifunctional Mandoline Slicer - 6 Blades (Vegetable cutter) Is well made and extremely versatile. I will probably hang it on the wall or from the pan hanger since it is so nice looking. Then it will be handy instead of tucked away in a drawer. (Parts will be in the drawer of course🙃)

They are based on three simple points: “Very good", "Good enough", or "Not good").The "master of the kitchen" (wife... I don't know how to cook) Loved it.Easy it is to switch blades and easy to clean.(The reason for 4 stars is because the fine grating "blade" inset is made out of plastic and probably won't last very long... All the other blade inserts are steel)

This mandolin is just what I was looking for! It is REALLY sharp and slices with ease. My previous mandolin had a piece misplaced so I haven’t use one in a couple of years. I’d forgotten how handy it had been, especially with things like cucumbers and onions…things that are not so simple to slice super thin by hand. Doable, but won’t be nearly thin enough for certain recipes.This mandolin is durable and solidly made of a food-grade polypropylene and stainless steel. It also comes with 6 didn’t style cutting blades that slice, grate, shred, and julienne quickly and efficiently. Very sharp! A finger guard is included with this kit for protection. Everything is dishwasher safe (yes!). This unit is compact and easily stored. This is a great mandolin and a terrific value! Highly recommend!
