It really does what it say on the label. I can’t fault it as a starter kit for me learning to make sourdough.The baskets are just right for family creating personal loaf. The thermometer attachment and elastic feeding band to track your feeding cycles on the glass fermentation container are brilliant.

I did wonder whether this would be worth buying but have found that it saves a lot of mess and is invaluable for quickly and cleanly cutting through dough. I've also found it useful for making own sourdough. It's therefore a dual purpose product and is earning it's keep! Also, this version is comparatively cheap in price with so many accessories as I've seen similar products elsewhere for double the money.
