Works exactly as expected.Lights dim.No neutral required.Setup with home assistant.Had to restart home assistant after adding the switches, worked just fine.Bought a separate faceplate that didn't include the Aqara logo, and was screwless.They all fit side by side comfortably.Con: unable to setup lowest dimmable option via matter/thread, and so 0-40% in home assistant, is 0% power to the bulb, but after you raise it 40% the bulb starts to brighten.May have to contact manufacturer to get more insight on this.

Works fine in the Aqara Eco system. If you want to integrate it with Alexa you will be extremely frustrated. No matter how you connect it (Thread/Matter or Zigbee) it won't work. In Zigbee mode it won't show up in the Alexa device list, in Thread/Matter it is very unstable. It will connect but most likely whenever you want to use the device it will be unreachable, very frustrating. I have been trying to convey these issues to Aqara customer service but no solution at this point. Hopefully they figure out how to resolve it. In summary, if you want to integrate with Alexa, stay with the order Zigbee devices, these are stable and have many more options to be configured. Matter options are very limited. Same frustrating experience with the H2 Switch and Matter window sensors.I have to review my previous comments. I have found that H2 devices work fine in Thread/Matter mode. In the past I had issues with the set up when using the Aqara M3 hub. I had no issues when using Alexa's or HomeKit built in thread border routers. I think that having tried to connect the devices to the Aqara hub and then connecting to a different border router is when the connectivity issues arise. With IOS 26 the set up of the devices in the Aqara hub does not fail as I had experienced with previous IOS versions. Since I had no need to use other thread border routers and by having deleted the thread network key of the Alexa hub, now I have no connectivity issues with the H2 devices (Dimmer & Switches). The only drawback when using Matter over Thread is that options to customize the devices are very limited, even less in Alexa or HomeKit where the devices appear as Light only, no possibility to change. In summary, no longer have connectivity issues but customization is limited. This is why I would give the devices 3 stars only.

It was easy to setup. I paired it via matter to my apple HomePod. All I had to do was scan the matter pairing QR code and then it automatically added to the apple Home app.It had a smudge on the front button that I was able to wipe off with some rubbing alcohol.I’ve only used this for 1 day so far. The dimming doesn’t seem super linear but it’s for my outside eaves lights so it’s not a big deal.One thing to note is on the apple home app you are able to set actions for each of the 3 buttons to do whatever you want. So you could potentially have the dimming switches trigger other things as well

Nice product which has worked flawlessly in our house. It's an old house with circuitry that lacks the neutral wire. Vast majority of smart devices require the neutral wire but not Aqara.

Does not work. No matter how I connect it, my light will not stay on steadily and it will not stay off. It flickers, sometimes flashing brightly sometimes only dimly. I am driving three 10 watt cornrow LEDs which have been working fine with a regular Lutron dimmer.It does not help that although electricians use the terms line, load, and traveler the wires on this thing are labeled L, L1, and NOpt. I tested for voltage before connecting the device and did my best. When that failed I tried all six possible combinations. None worked.I did successfully connect it to Home Assistant. However it could not be controlled properly from either the manual switch or the app.

Absolutely love it!! Great dimmer switch, I couldn’t be more happy. I waited 6 months for this release and it was worth it to get a dimmer in my Aqara ecosystem of other switches. Pricey but this works without neutral and is reliable. Looks good, and is easy to install. Zigbee connection is great.

I have a bunch of Aqara products and while they are definitely not cheap, you get what you pay for. This switch is great since you can use it with or without a neutral wire and it offers dimming capabilities. Its a nice looking switch, no lag when using over a matter network. Works perfectly in Home Assistant.

Not really impressed. Setup was super annoying and I had to replace it with another brand because at random times it would just turn off and back on. Did a reset, etc. and it still just randomly wants to turn off whenever it wants.
