great product, the ice is small and that's what i love best about this machine. a little noise maker not much but you get use to it. Not too heavy for me and it makes enough ice for two people all day in minutes

I love this within 30 minutes I had a gallon Ziplock bag full of the ice what a perfect addition to our household.

I gave it four stars, not for any problems with its ability to make ice, but rather a thing that they could have added to help with the ice not melting. See below....When I first plugged it in and tried it, the first set of cubes that came out were very small and thin. The second set was a little better but not much. At that point I was thinking this may not work out.So I just kept letting it make ice, and figure it out the best way to go about making ice with this.It takes a couple of rounds for the internal temperature, etc. to be cold enough to make the full size pieces of ice. You do have to be in close attendance, and empty the ice out as it makes it because there is no cooling ability in the basket that catches the ice.So here's the reason I gave it four stars. If they would have included some sort of either aluminum or stainless steel liner in that basket the first set of ice cubes would then generate a colder environment with the metal basket generating cold from the ice that was sitting on it. I lined it with tin foil and my theory does hold water, so to speak. Also if the water in the tank starts out cold, it does help to have the environment where the ice dispenses to colder. Another thought I had was a gel pack that you could freeze that would be the size of the bottom of the basket to also help facilitate a colder environment.The best way to make ice is when you're going to be in the kitchen preparing a meal, cleaning, whatever. That way you can momentarily stop, empty the basket into a little ziplock and stick that in your freezer. By the time you're done preparing your meal or cleaning, you would have filled up at least a quart size Ziploc bag. For me one of those bags is enough ice on any given day. I do like the fact that I can make ice as I need it rather than purchasing a bag of ice and having this big thing in your freezer that depletes in size as ice is used. This has allowed me to free up freezer space. I don't like ice cube trays, I don't like making ice in the freezer. Ends up just kind of tasting like your freezer.In all, I think this is a great machine and a must have if you use ice on the daily.Just a note, I do only make ice for two people. So if you have a large household, I would suggest each person taking turns to make enough ice to satisfy everybody's needs, so that the responsibility doesn't fall on just one person in the house.

This is the best Mother’s Day present I ever gave my daughter! She absolutely loves. It says it doesn’t take long to make and now she’s spoiled she has vowed never to be without a nugget ice machine. She says it’s like her Keurig. She’s always gonna have one.

Nice looking sturdy, ease of drain, but have to carry to sink. More for one day use not all the time. You have to constantly move the ice around to make more ice and per Instructions You have to drain water every 24 hours for technically it recycles the water. The ice melts quickly in your drink, waters it down too, if making teas with ice on kureigs. If you just want to eat the ice great soft small pellet ice.

The shipping was even faster then they said it would arrive I got this yesterday 11/1/23. I cleaned it all out twice it had a plastic smell to it but it came out the second time around. It has a choice of large or small cubes. I got red to match my other kitchen appliances. The only thing I had to put together was the ice basket handle to the basket itself 3 seconds and it was all ready to use. And the handle that goes on top 3 more seconds lol. With this ice maker it takes about 7 minutes to make 9 ice cubes only 7 minutes!! The best part of this ice maker is it’s self cleaning!! The only time you hear anything from this ice maker is when the ice cubes drop other then that I have ran over to make sure it was still working. You don’t have to put water in this machine every time it makes ice, just when it’s out of water and the light comes on when you need to add more water. You need a place big enough because it does need 4 inches on each side for the airflow. I love this ice maker. So easy to use and set up you do need to let it right side up for one hour after you unpack it to let everything settle to the bottom. I’m thinking the coolant in the ice maker. Don’t overfill the water tank. This would be great for a gift I will buy again if I need to down the road. You get a great ice maker for a good price tag. I would give this a 10 star rating if available. If you need an ice maker I would happily to you this is just for you.
