Very effective. I put them on 30-45 mins before bedtime. I start yawning and feeling ready for bed after 30 mins or so. I sleep well all nigh. Prior to the patches I was using Ambien 2-3X/week. Now I don't use it at all.But, it has a flaw. 3 stars for the circle shape--definitely a design flaw. Makes it hard to peel them off. Sometimes the edges will roll when removing them. My wife, who also uses them, has had them roll almost off during the night.They'd be much better using the square design with rounded corners thar are easier to peel. They have another product with the square/rounded corners design ... just doesn't have as much melatonin (all other ingredients are the same).

These patches work. I apply around 8:00pm. I am ready for bed and sleep for 9:30. Do not have to use any thing else to sleep. Will reorder.

Did not work for me! Very disappointed since I had hoped they would because I have major difficulty falling asleep.

I love these patches. They promote a long lasting deep sleep - I actually slept until 7:30 for several days in a row! Great product.

These work really well. No morning groggy feeling. Easy solution for sleeplessness. I would recommend this product.
Not good
Do not do any good....no difference at all. I tried them for 7 days and no changes in my sleep. I still can't sleep :( Total waste of money.

Helps Me Fall asleep!
It is as described but, I still wake up in the middle of the night with the patch on, still have trouble then falling back asleep, so take a Melatonin pill. Which then helps me fall asleep again.
Need to have another patch type to alternate
Works fairly well, but alternate with another one as well
