The media could not be loaded. I been putting the small patch on my chest , it smells a little like vapor rub, not to strong , and not nasty, it dont put me to sleep but it does help me stay asleep thru the night. The patch feels like a fabric sort of, and its easy to remove without pulling on your skin. I wake up feeling good. It is effective, to help you relax, not to fall asleep.

The media could not be loaded. I have ALWAYS had trouble sleeping. I have always had troubling staying asleep and melatonin has always helped but to only a certain level. As it seems to wear off at 2 or 3 in the morning. I found the continuous amount of melatonin plus other calming products included (gaba for instance) kept me asleep longer and much more soundly than any other over the counter product has. It's reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier with its efficacy. This is the second time I've bought these and will absolutely purchase again.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t help me fall asleep or stay asleep at all. I got it on the recommendation of a friend who swears by it..so, I guess it helps some people..

The media could not be loaded. These Adellina Sleep Patches have really improved my sleep. They’re easy to use, stay on all night, and I love that they’re made with natural ingredients like melatonin, valerian root, and lavender. I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy. The scent is relaxing, and the patches are discreet. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for a gentle, drug-free sleep aid.

I have nighttime anxiety and dread that at times gets quite severe. I've tried a number of different things but none really worked for very long. I like this product because of how easy it is to use. I cut mine in half to stretch out the supply because you really don't even need the full dose on the label. I do love theanine, though, and find this helps me relax a bit and get to sleep a bit faster. I'd recommend giving it a try.

I never have a problem falling asleep but staying asleep is where I struggle. I woke up the first night within a few hours but rolled over and went right back to sleep with no issues. I will continue to use these to get a full nights rest!

I’m baffled at the reviews on these. I bought patches with over half LESS of the strength that work better. I thought it was just me, but I tried them with another family member. We had zero result. Maybe we got a bad batch. I would never buy these again. Mind you, we tested other brands that work REALLY WELL.

The media could not be loaded. Great, relaxing lavender smell. Adhesive doesn’t seemto pull skin to cause any pain or irritation. Seems like a wonderful, natural product for a healthy dose of ingredients for a restful nights sleep!
