It gets noisier the higher you set the fan, but even at the lowest speed, it's remarkably effective for cooling yourself down. However, by level 3, it's noisy, and by level 4, it's distracting, especially if you want to relax and simply feel the air cooling you down. Think of it like a blow-dryer sound.It fits in my purse nicely and in a small carry bag for when I carry my satchel or bookbag. It also charges up quickly and holds the charge for a long time. The button to turn on/off and change speeds is located on the bottom next to the plug head port. It really is easy-peasy to use and a great value overall.Overall, tho this is a top-notch handheld fan and can cool you down quickly and efficiently, but if you focus on the sound, it will bug you, and by then, you might just be hot and cranky to begin with LoL

I bought this thinking it would be better than the Jisulife Life 9. The fan has 4 settings. On the 4th setting, the fastest setting of this fan, it is equivalent to the Jisulife Life 9's 3rd setting (the Life 9 has five settings). The noise that this fan produces is comparable to the portable fans of Jisulife.This fan is also significantly smaller than the Jisulife Life 9.I still kept this fan for portability. It's a good little compact fan that does the job.If you need a stronger blowing fan, definitely get a Jisulife Life 9 or Ultra II. This however fulfills my needs at the moment. I also was able to buy this item at a discounted price ($15) in one of Bolo's daily deals.

This little fan works great for its size and price point. I would say it sounds like a small airplane taking off on high but given its size and how much air it pushes, also taking into consideration it's price point, it's a 5 star fan. It's compact and seems to have a good battery life. It fits in the palm of your hand and since it has the same charge port as most phonea (Type C) it's easy to charge.

It’s a great gan but it’s so loud it sounds like a jet engine and the air that comes out of it is kinda stinky and smells like burnt plastic. It works really well and the fan is strong but idk if you like portable and durable jet engines that smell like burnt plastic you’ll love this product!

This fan is small but powerful. I just received it today and love it. Bought to keep in my purse and like the button has to be held down to start it so a bump won’t start the fam like my old one. Has great airflow and great value for the price. Seems like it will be durable as it feels substantial and not like cheap plastic. Even comes with a small usb c cord.

Zero stars. The fan has no power it's very weak. Tried several new batteries and try e can still barely blows air. Don't waste your money.

This is absolutely a get-what-you-pay-for product. It delivers on being small and being a fan (4different power settings), but the screeching sound it makes is unbearable. If you are hard of hearing this may be the product for you! Since the fan is so small it only disperses air to a very small area (ie. It will blow on one inch of you at a time). Not the worst thing but just not super effective. Don’t waste your money on it.
