It also contains Astragin which is made up of Panax notoginseng which is used to stop bleeding and improve cardiovascular function. These are all critical functions for someone like me who is battling heart disease and on anti coagulant and blood thinning medications. This simple and inexpensive supplement targets several of my needs in one simple little dose that I just add to my breakfast shake each morning.This is completely tasteless, odorless and blends perfectly with my shakes. It dissolves and mixes easily so I don’t even know it’s there. After several weeks of taking it, I definitely feel better and more motivated during my cardiac rehab workouts. It could be a placebo effect reaction, but I don’t believe that to be the case.Another thing I really appreciate about this is that the label is super simple and easy to understand. As they advertise, there’s no deceitful or “proprietary “ ingredients to mislead you or confuse you about what you’re ingesting. Just simple honest ingredients.This supplement is enigma win for me that I will continue to take indefinitely. I believe this is also an American made product which I also love.

Premium and effective, this Ghost brand creatine is easy to trust. It is odorless, and tasteless, and absorbs very easily into liquid when I used it in a typical shaker cup. You get 50 servings in this container, which is a great value. This creative powder felt very clean, and was easy on my stomach.

We really appreciate the Gost Basics creatine for our workout regimen. It is made in a GMP facility in the USA. 1 scoop is 5000 mgs/5 grams. I prefer the powdered form of creatine over gummies or pills. It is more effective and more easily absorbed. Usually gummies only have 1,000mgs/1gram per gummy, meaning you have to eat 5 of them, yes five of them, and there is probably some sort of sugar or sugar substitute pllus added junk you don't need. This creatine is pure, mixes easily, is flavorless, made the in the USA and has 50 servings. If you aren't familiar with Ghost products, they have a cool feature with all of their powders- the scoop is stored in the top rim of the container. So No deep diving for the scoop needed. We had no stomach or GI upset either.

Love Ghost brand and the creatine powder is nice. I love that the scoop is stored in the top so I don't have to dive for it. I also love that there is no flavor. I like the other brand I have that it lemon, but the no flavor is nice when I just want the supplement and not a flavored drink. I have both powders and gummies, but like that the powder gives me more so I don't have to eat a meal of gummies before a workout. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. Recommend.

For someone who dry scoops their 5g of creatine daily, the first thing I noticed was how well it dissolved in my mouth compared to other brands with water. It definitely gets down a little easier, and there's no real aftertaste that I can tell any different than stuff I've used in the past.It does have a very small amount of another supplement that is supposed to aid in nutrient absorption and gut inflammation. Here's an excerpt from chatGPT: (AstraGin® might assist with gut-related inflammation and ensures better absorption of the creatine (and possibly other nutrients in your diet).Considering the dosage of this, it's most likely something you will never notice. But if you were looking for a special kind of creatine monohydrate that had a little "extra" in it, then this could be a good choice.Other than that stuff, the actual plastic tub feels really nice (its like a soft touch plastic, feels high quality) and is overall pretty attractive in design. Solid product, just expensive value-wise.

Overall, this is a tub of creatine. I'm obviously assuming it is what it says it is, and it is consistent with every other creatine I've ever purchased.This is the second tub of Ghost branded supplement I've acquired, and they have a feature I find very useful, even if it usually takes me a moment to realize how to use it. Their scoops have a little plastic tab on the end opposite the handle. This allows the scoop to be wedged in the groove just below the threading of the tub. This means I don't have to go digging through the powder the first day to find it. It's right there, easy to reach. I just have to remember to squeeze the sides of the tub so it can be retrieved. Great idea, I hope it catches on.

I really wanted to love this but unfortunately I just can’t find a good reason to buy it again other than getting Ghost rewards. The product itself falls short. It’s super heavy and doesn’t dissolve - it all sinks to the bottom. It’s 2x-3x the price (or 1/3rd the volume) of other competitors that are pure 3rd party tested. As far as I can see it’s not 3rd party tested. The worst part though is it doesn’t even dissolve :/
