I am a daily electrolyte drinker and prone to headaches. My wife is as well, but is not as much of a fan of electrolyte mixes as I am. However, these are the best in the game. They help our heads, they hydrate, they do not taste artificial. These are truly life-savers and we take them everywhere we go.Some flavors are better than others, we love the prickly pear and the mango, whereas others are not quite as yummy. There really isn't anything I can complain about though, these are a great product for a great price. Relyte is the only thing that can compete.

I have tried peach, star fruit, and dragon fruit, and I have to say it is very good the price per serving is very justified alone and with the variety of flavors I think most people will find a flavor that suits their tasting needs, I am a big fan of the peach flavor myself! It has a salt taste to it no matter what flavor you get, which to me is not a bad thing, but if that is not your thing then maybe the more citrus based flavoring such as lemonade or lemon-lime will take care of that.

Amazing product would buy again dissolves easilyCould be a little cheaper (Bolo is a ripoff for Canadians) but I have not found anything better at this price in Canada, product should cost $43 CAD Maximum on Bolo Canada.) Way better than Gatorade/ Powerade, effective dose of electrolytes and tastes good, wish Santa Cruz Paleo had a Canadian site.
