I'm just going to echo what others have said. These gummies are the best tasting vitamins I've ever had. It took 3 or 4 days before I noticed that my energy picked up, but it did and I'll be their customer for life.

I bought this supplement mainly for stronger hair and nails. I have been taking the recommended 1 gummy per day for about a month now. I cannot see any improvement in my hair but my nails are stronger and haven’t been breaking at all as opposed to one nail breaking every day. Also I see improvement in sleep quality, I used to have nightmares and was waking up several times a night. Now either I have dreams and don’t remember them or I have mellow dreams and I fall right back to sleep. Will definitely buy this again when I run out.

would have given 5 stars but they are stuck together and are next to impossible getting one from the jar. The flavor is good. They have all the vitamins I want. If only it wasn't like pulling hens teeth to get one.
