This review is for the "2in1 AHD 1080P Trajectory License Plate Backup Camera for Car, Truck, SUV, Minivan, Camper, RV, Pickup, GreenYi Rear View License Plate Frame Camera."Firstly, the camera housing is all metal, unlike other budget cameras of this type, especially those found as part of an Android head unit kit. This is a great replacement for one of those and will last longer in bad weather.The image is quite adequate, as is low light viewing with the one I received. Contrast isn't perfect but again, adequate. The license plate mount works just fine. It took me very little time adjusting the camera angle once I had it on the license plate. Better if two people do the alignment, but it can be done with one.The wire is decent. You get a very long length of it, so no worries routing it inside a car. I routed mine inside the plastic molding in the interior. The kit actually comes with a wedge tool whick helps popping off molding- so much better on the plastic than using a screwdriver or spreader. So, the entire installation was pretty easy and straightforward. One word of caution: if you plan on routing the video feed wire under your truck, may I suggest using flexible wire protection called wire loom tubing found on Bolo. Get the proper size so you can feed the wire theough it. I wouldn'tget the split kind as water and salt, etc. can get in it. It will protect the wire from mud, tar, salt and water. If you don't protect the wire, it will eventually degrade, break, and become useless. I had to use that on one of my installs on a truck that frequents dirst roads and off-road paths that gets pretty muddy in summer and snow-bound in winter. Using that tubing has kept the camera wire pristine so far.Great kit. Worthy of recommendation imho. Great buy!

This is a great camera overall—clear picture quality and works exactly as expected. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the trajectory guide lines are fixed and smaller than I’d like. If there were an option to adjust the spacing between the lines, it would definitely be a 5-star product.Also, if you're using an Android head unit, don't forget to turn off the built-in guide lines to avoid any overlap or confusion. Aside from that minor issue, the camera performs really well

I was under the impression that a backup camera was unavailable for my manual transmission but I was mistaken. This and other cameras are powered by engaging the reverse lights, not the transmission. That said, the installation was very easy with the included instructions. They seem a bit wonky until you have the camera in-hand and then it all makes sense. The included RCA output connected readily to my car stereo and the picture quality looks great and increases the safety of the vehicle quite a bit. It has held up to the rain, wind, and extremely hot temperatures. I have no reservations recommending this very simple set-up for anyone looking to add safety and functionality to their vehicle.

Installation was quite literally as simple as plug-n-play, especially if you are replacing an existing camera. Two installation brackets are included making it easy to install in the location you prefer. The license plate mounting bracket is also great for mounting directly to the bumper, which allows you to keep the camera partially covered when it is raining.While the cost may initially seem high, the image quality is excellent and the guideline feature works surprisingly well - almost as well as the cameras that are connected to the steering wheel position sensor. The only downside is that I periodically need to wipe off the lens when driving in the rain, however this may be due to the location I installed the camera (on the bumper, just above the reese hitch).For the price, I would say that this is definitely worth it - hands down one of the better aftermarket backup cameras I have used.

We installed this on a 2012 Highlander to augment the tiny backup cams screen with the larger touch screen of the aftermarket stereo. The license frame mount made it a quick and easy install. The backup cam was a bit more expensive than others, but it seems to be of better manufacturing and picture quality. In the end, it works great and a is a good value for the money.

I got this as a rear view camera for my wheelchair. I also have a small trailer that I pull with it from time to time, this has been a great help, especially when backing up. Really good picture quality for CVBS video, and has a broad range of of light sensitivity for those dark situations. The mount is a little on the flimsy side, but the camera feels solid, and well made. The reticles in the image really help in reversing, giving you a reference point. I originally got it for my robot, but stole it for my chair.
