I have wanted a pasta roller for my kitchen aide for as long as I can remember. I finally got one and I can't believe I waited so long. I couldn't be happier. I didn't realize it would be as easy as it is to use and make fresh fettuccine noodles whenever I want. I think this thng will pay for it's self in no time.

It's really nice that I don't have to switch between rollers to make my pasta now. I make a lot of spaghetti angel hair pasta as well as ravioli, so I'm used to using this equipment. I loved it as I began using it on arrival. That was short lived. The roller wouldn't adjust below 8. It was frozen and the knob wouldn't move. That didn't prevent me from using it for the spaghetti cutting as I has switched to my old roller and back again because I still wanted to see how the rest of the part worked. The cutter didn't do a great job but with a lot of flour it was usable. I really liked the flat part for attaching to allow the pasta sheets to easily slide down and into the part so that was a big bonus.Being DIY we took the roller apart to find out why it was jammed. It turned out that one of the internal parts was put in backward. It was put back together after switching it around, and now all works smoothly. Taking it apart I saw that it's not strongly made so it should be handled with more care than I've previously had to do with these type parts. I would recommend this to pasta makers now that it's working. It's easier to use as the part doesn't need to be changed when making the pasta. The stainless steel makes it easy to clean. Just let sit and dry out then brush it all clean. NO WATER soaking, just light wipe down. Considering that this one part replaces 3 of the other KitchenAid parts, this is a great value for the money. Its functions now work well except for the cutter which require additional flour during process or it all sticks together.

This pasta maker attachment is absolutely fantastic! It fits perfectly on my KitchenAid stand mixer and makes pasta night so much easier and way more fun. The stainless steel build feels durable and high quality, and the automatic roller plate is a huge time saver. I’ve used it to made spaghetti came out perfect with minimal effort. Cleanup is surprisingly easy too. If you love homemade pasta, this is a must-have. I can’t believe I waited this long to get one!

Very simple to install but a very heavy duty tool! This has eliminated my biggest issue when I make homemade noodles, being too thick. I love that it’s three and one instead of needing to change out the attachment. It’s very to easy to clean and I hand dry it. Definitely a great value!

For $99 you might as well spring for the official attachment. This one works well enough, except the Fettuccine blades don't cut the pasta all the way (see photo). Looking into the insert I could see slight gaps between some blades.It's definitely faster than a hand crank machine, but the disappointing cut on Fettuccine is a deal breaker.The pasta holder attachment was packed against metal. Metal on metal scratches easily so unfortunately the attachment came all scratched up (see photo).Also the control knob might be backwards, 8 is the widest setting and 1 is the smallest, every pasta maker I've ever had had it reversed.Could be better quality for the price.

Ich liebe leckere Nudelgerichte, aber nur mit frischen selbstgemachten Soßen.Fertigpasta aus dem Beutel habe ich vor Jahren einmal versucht und danach nie wieder gekauft. Das Herstellen frischer Nudeln mit diesen Hand-Kurbel-Maschinen war mir ehrlich gesagt zu aufwendig, aber alles änderte sich, als bei uns eine KitchenAid eingezogen ist.Da mir der originale Nudelvorsatz von KitchenAid mit über 200 € einfach zu teuer war, habe ich mich für dieses 3-in-1 Set von *Cofun entschieden und ich bin absolut positiv überrascht.Der Nudelvorsatz besteht komplett aus Edelstahl, macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und lässt sich passgenau an der KitchenAid befestigen. Der Nudelvorsatz sitzt bündig am Stutzen der Küchenmaschine – da wackelt absolut nichts. Besonders praktisch finde ich die automatische Rollenführung, der Teig wird direkt nach dem Walzen weiter zur Schneide geführt, ohne vorher etwas umzustecken oder austauschen zu müssen. Das spart Zeit und macht das Ganze auch für Anfänger besonders anwenderfreundlich.Mit dem 3-in-1-Nudel-Aufsatz lassen sich Lasagneplatten, Fettuccine und Spaghetti herstellen.Die Dicke des Teigs lässt sich in acht Stufen einstellen, sodass man auch mal kreativ werden kann, z. B. für Wontonblätter, Ravioli oder selbstgemachte Pelmeni.Die Reinigung geht erstaunlich leicht von der Hand, da fast keine Teigreste in den Walzen zurückbleiben.Sollte doch etwas Teig in den Walzen kleben bleiben, dann stimmt definitiv etwas mit dem Nudelteig-Rezept nicht.Die wenigen Teig-Krümel lassen sich, nachdem sie abgetrocknet sind, mit der mitgelieferten Bürste in wenigen Minuten raus bürsten und schon ist man fertig.Mein Rezeptvorschlag:250 g Hartweizengrieß250 g Weizenmehl 4052 EierDie Zutaten mit dem Knethaken vermengen und mit einem Löffel so viel Wasser hinzugeben, bis kein loser Hartweizengrieß und Mehl mehr zu sehen ist. Den Teig zu einer Kugel kneten, in Frischhaltefolie einpacken und für mindestens 1 Stunde in den Kühlschrank legen.! Wichtig! bitte geben Sie kein Salz in den Teig-, Salz macht die Nudeln (Nudelteig) brüchig. Übersalzen Sie stattdessen das Kochwasser leicht und die Nudeln schmecken richtig lecker.FazitWer schon immer mal frische Nudeln selbst machen wollte (oder damit anfangen möchte), bekommt mit dem *Cofun Nudelvorsatz eine solide Alternative zum teuren Original.Im Vergleich zu den Nudelmaschinen mit Kurbel hat man die Hände für den Teig frei- was ein ganz großer Vorteil ist.Frische Nudeln schmecken viel besser und haben mehr Biss, als die abgepackte Ware vom Discounter.Von mir bekommt der *Cofun Nudelvorsatz 5/5 Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

The media could not be loaded. Im Rahmen des Bolo Vine Programms durfte ich dieses Produkt kostenfrei testen. Meine Bewertung wird jedoch unvoreingenommen und gleichwertig geschrieben wie ein normaler verifizierter Kauf!Also… ausgepackt, Teig angerührt, Aufsatz eingeklickt – zack, los ging’s. Ich war echt überrascht, wie easy das Ganze läuft! Egal ob Bandnudeln oder Spaghetti – das Teil macht’s im Handumdrehen. Und ja, es macht richtig Spaß! 😄Der Aufsatz ist aus Edelstahl, wirkt hochwertig und sitzt perfekt an der KitchenAid – da wackelt nix, passt wie dafür gemacht. Die Nudeln kommen gleichmäßig raus und sehen aus wie vom Italiener. Man hat fast das Gefühl, man hätte plötzlich ’ne Profiküche zu Hause.Kleiner Tipp aus der Praxis: Wenn der Teig zu klebrig ist, wird die Reinigung etwas zäh – da hilft’s, vorher ein bisschen Öl an die Walzen zu geben und den Teig ordentlich zu bemehlen. Dann bleibt kaum was kleben und die Reinigung ist in zwei Minuten durch – mit der beiliegenden Bürste sowieso kein Akt.Geschmacklich? Kein Vergleich zu den Tütennudeln. Frisch, bissfest, genau so, wie man’s will – und die Nudeldicke lässt sich ja auch einstellen, je nach Lust und Laune.Fazit: Wer eine KitchenAid hat und Nudeln liebt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Einfach zu bedienen, mega Ergebnis – und ehrlich: selbstgemachte Pasta rockt einfach!
