I had been purchasing a more expensive triple mag and after extensive research I found this one! It works just as well and it MUCH more affordable. This product makes a huge difference in how well I sleep and how I feel when I wake up! I wake up much less stiff, and sleep through the night. It also helps calm down my anxiety first thing in the morning. My brain love to go go go so this kinda helps me sit down and relax. Greta product.

Ive only been taking this particular one a few days but last 3 nights I've waken with muscle cramps at night.. This is the reason I got started on mag glycinate and it worked great but wanted to try this multi one. I hope it takes over otherwise won't buy again. Fingers crossed

I've been taking magnesium supplements for a couple of years now to help me stay asleep at night, and I have to say that it's been a successful strategy for me. I've been using the glycinate form of magnesium, since I read that it is a particularly gentle form of the mineral, and was not only recommended to help the body to relax, but also was unlikely to cause gastric disturbances. This worked out great until about a month ago when I started on a new brand of magnesium, which although it was labeled as "Magnesium Glycinate", after starting with it I developed "gastric disturbances" on a daily basis. It occurred to me that since the issues started around the time of my magnesium brand changed, I decided to try a different brand to see if there was a connection.That's where this Doctor's Way Triple Magnesium Complex comes in. It contains not just one but three forms of magnesium. Since different forms have differing benefits, I thought that the mix would be even better for me than just the glycinate form I've been taking (especially that most current brand). The only concern I had was that it contained magnesium citrate, which is used in some laxatives, and I certainly didn't want to make my issues worse. As it turned out, I needn't have worried at all. I started taking it a couple of days ago, and after the first night my condition was already a bit better, with an even greater improvement the next night. So clearly, the cause of my problem was that other magnesium, which I am NEVER taking again - I'm sticking with Doctor's Way!The product label mentions that the recommended serving is 2 capsules, but for now I'm taking just one capsule before bed and it seems to be working for me as far as sleep quality is concerned, without working against me in other ways. I would definitely recommend this magnesium supplement - it not only works without unpleasant side effects (at least for me), but it is also very inexpensive, and is made in the USA in GMP certified facilities.

Arrived safely sealed and with plenty of time left before the expiration date. I take a daily magnesium supplement in addition to vitamins D3 and K2. I prefer magnesium glycinate over the other forms, but really like that this supplement also contains magnesium citrate and malate since each form is beneficial for different functions. I greatly appreciate that these are made in a GMP certified facility and that the capsules are vegan rather than gelatin. They are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant odor or aftertaste. I have not experienced any stomach upset or gastrointestinal issues after taking these. They seem to be a good quality supplement at a reasonable price.

Be sure not to look too quickly at the "400 mg" on the label, thinking that's per capsule. I usually take 500-800 mg an evening, depending on how I'm feeling. I take magnesium for gut health, muscle cramping, and calm sleep. Just went on a long trip and packed capsules but was disappointed mag wasn't working. Realized half way through trip that each cap was only 200 mg. That's too low for a mag supplement, in my view. Don't want to be taking 3-4 capsules a night.It DID calm the leg cramping but not sure it's working for gut as well as other formulas I've used. Three different versions of magnesium are used in these capsules, but label doesn't say at what percentages for each. I'd look for a supplement that's a little clearer on this.
