The Sergand roller pen is excellent for skin care treatments. The needle length of 0.8 mm is perfect for stimulating regeneration without causing excessive discomfort. I made a video that “won’t attach” but this is TRASH. DO NOT BUY IT. It not even worth $5. It’s just a vibrating pen. It DOES NOT HAVE needles. I wasted an hour of my life getting numb and sterilizing - just for this pen to be a joke. I ended up testing it on my hand and realized it’s just vibrating … I took a closer look at the cartridge - IT HAS NO NEEDLES AT ALL. DO NOT BUY THISSSSSS

So, I used this today, and have to say it’s like one of the reviews said. The needles don’t go past the top part, I tried stamping cause nothing was happening with the glide method, and I could feel some needles. So, needless to say I had red circles all over my face 🙄 def ordering the Dr. pen one, and unfortunately I now waisted over 80 bucks!!

Used tonight for the first time. Worked great! My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t tell you what replacement cartridges you can order. Also I think there should have been a better users guide to include information on what the different pin counts are used for and the different speeds.

Easy to use! I was scared at first to try this! I got a vitamin c serum to use with it and it helps glide over my face. I have been using this for over 3 weeks now every 3rd day and I totally can see a reduction in wrinkles and fine lines.
