This set comes with everything you need to have a good agility training session for youth soccer. It has everything you need, resistance bands, 6 agility poles, an agility ladder, cones, a resistance parachute and cone stand. The agility poles are adjustable in height for various age groups, thye are made from hard plastic, while the stake has a firm metal spring that will allow for movement should a player touch it to hard. The stake also has a sharp point which is protected by a rubber cap to avoid injury. All of this comes with a nice bag to carry all the different pieces in one convenient place. They also include a color guide of different drills that you can use the set for, varying from basic drills to more advanced drills. The agility poles are easy to set up and the other pieces are pretty self explanatory. I am not sure about the durability of the agility poles as they are made from plastic tube, but if they are well stored and cared for you whould be able to get years of use from them. The resistance bands come with different resistance strenths and are made from a durable material. Given all the pieces that are provided in this set, it is definitely value for money as buying the individual pieces would cost much more. All the pieces provided give you a variaty of drills that you can use for sports players of different ages. The exercises complement each other and the entire set together functions as a complete training session. This set is great for training and inproving agility, from footwork to body position. It is also great to do strength training. This set is highly recommended.

This has everything you need to get into shape. My son will be using this for soccer training. He is very excited about the entire kit, especially the resistance bands.The poles in this set are much better than most poles we have used in the past. The only better poles were homemade pvc pipe with a spike on the end - these poles are only slightly of less quality but are better in that the height can be adjusted and the springs on the bottom are excellent.The cone holder is awesome, especially since we have a lot of loose cones - only 12 cones are included, which is plenty, but the holder can holder looks like it could 20 to 30 cones.The resistance bands are also great, with only one problem - we had to figure out the different resistance levels since a chart or explanation was not included. The black band offers the most resistance we have discovered. Some sort of chart would have been very nice. You can find a chart on the listing if you look at the pics, but a copy of this with the set would have been good.The jump rope isn't bad, but I think it could have been made with a little heavier material.The ladder is just like the other three ladders we own. I like that spikes are included with the ladder.The resistance parachute is very nice and easy to use and set up. The belt is adjustable and easy to wear.One large bag is included that fits all of the items in this set, along with the drill guide. The parachute and skip rope include their own bag to help with organization, which is a very nice touch.Overall, this is an excellent training kit for anyone looking to get in shape. The price is definitely within line for the quality and number of items you receive. I highly recommend this training set.

This soccer agility equipment by GBH is a great training set, not just for soccer players, but for anyone looking into increasing their agility.My nephew has played soccer for years and this set comes with just about everything you would want for training, minus the ball and gear. However it can also be good to use for physical therapy, to gain back agility after injury.The 20 foot ladder comes with adjustable rungs to suit your personal needs, and the strong utility poles are height adjustable as well, and also good to use as walking sticks across the yard.There are cones, resistance bands, a jump rope, and even a resistance parachute which is the only item we haven’t used so far. There is a carry bag included to keep all the equipment together for transporting.I expect this set will get a lot of use and last for years.Overall this is a really comprehensive agility training set and a good value for the price listed. The good part is the storage bag and value. It is also easy to put the poles together although it does a little time so probably not something you would want to every day. I have been leaving mine out in the backyard.The functionality of the set is nice with the variety of training items it comes with.The issue so far is the durability of the plastic on the poles specifically. The base that sticks in the ground is very well made but the yellow plastic interlocking pieces that slide into it is very thin plastic. They have been hit by stray soccer balls while practicing and are cracking already. My plan will be using some simple wood broom style handles once these all break eventually.Overall pretty good set but if the plastic was just a little thicker it would have been a great set.

This GHB Soccer Agility Training Equipment is well made and easy to use. I ordered it for my thirteen year old grandson and he really likes it. I like that there is a storage bag included. It helps keep all the pieces in one place, and it makes it easy to take the training equipment to wherever he wants to train. The equipment is all made of plastic. It is definitely not professional quality. I consider it a bit overpriced, hence the four stars.
