I love chips, I love crackers, I love it all, but all of those snacks are really bad for your health so indulging on them can be bad for you. With these there is no guilt behind snacking! These edamame beans are so delicious! They are roasted and super crunch with a sea salt coating on them. This box comes with 10 individual bags of edamame beans that are perfect for on the go! Each bag is only 100 calories, has 11g of protein, 2 net carbs, and no sugar! The fat content and sodium are both low so this is truly a guilt free snack that won’t break the bank! I truly enjoy these and will be buying more once these are gone! If you are looking to be able to snack guilt free and want the same satisfying salty crunchiness these are a no brainer, you should have already added these to your cart!

Crunchy roasted Edamame Beans snack (10 Pack sea salt) high Protein snack dry roasted edamame. Healthy keto snacks for adults & kids low carb vegan protein snacks vegan gluten free. Japanese food are a salty, high protein snack I really enjoyed. Edamame are soy beans and these are roasted and salted to make a crunchy, poppable snack. The beans are crispy but seemed just a tad dry. I needed to have a glass of water on hand when eating them. At only 100 calories a bag and 11g of protein these snacks are way more nutritious than other salty snacks. These are the perfect mid afternoon or after gym snack. They transport well and deliver on the nutrition. At .79 cents per bag, they make an affordable daily snack.

Way pricy; nearly $1 per pack and each pack is only 26 grams. They were very well packed to keep them from getting crushed or broken and only have 3 ingredients - the beans, salt, and rice bran oil. I don’t care for them by themself but found topping a salad or soup is a great option for me. I think keeping one in the car in case I get caught in traffic and need a snack would be good; cannot think they’d go bad.

I'm really enjoying this roasted edamame, it has a satisfying crunch. If you've never had roasted edamame, it's kind of like a really dry peanut. The only complaint I have is that it's too easy to much on a bit too much and suffer some mild gastrointestinal discomfort, but that's on me for eating 4 bags in a sitting.

These are good. The beans are toasted/roasted/baked so that they are airy and light and crunchy. They pack a decent flavor, but are not too salty. They come in a flat box (think – like a record/LP shaped box), which is unique, and good for storage at the warehouse, but not for storage in your cabinet. Not a big deal, but you will have 10 loose packs laying around if you don’t have a place to put them. The beans are good, though, and at the time of this review, they are less expensive than a lot of comparable healthy yet delicious snacks, so I recommend them.
