I've been using Health Thru Nutrition supplements for awhile and always find them to be of good quality. This myoinosital is no exception. They are made in America and third party tested.It's easy to take and capsules are not too large.Minus one star because I prefer my supplements come in glass, not shedding microplastics on my capsules and contributing negatively to the environment. That is HTN's weakness.

Here it’s used in tiny amounts as a flow agent. It prevents the powder from sticking to manufacturing equipment, ensuring each capsule is filled accurately.To get the recommended dosage, you have to take four capsules, so this is a 30-day supply. That's an ok value for the current price of around $15, but I've seen better. Those who value quality assurance might be more than willing to pay it, though.
