Great product, easy to clean off, does the job
This product is easy to clean off clothing, hands, and weights. It works really well to create a dependable dry grip. I have used it to dead lift, shrug, and lunge carry hundreds of pounds. It has not failed. I highly recommend using a text duty dry hands lotion or cream after. If not, your callouses will likely break and bleed.

I give it 5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to. I use it for heavy lifts and chin ups/pull ups.Goes on clear and quickly dries to a white look. Keeps your hands nice and dry even after the “chalk” wears off.
Power of Liquid Chalk...
Does what it is intended. A little pastier than my previous brand. A dime size drop was more than enough to get the job done for the duration of workout. The remaining chalk residue washed off with ease. I have no complaints.
Good for weight-training (250ml)
I use this for weight-training, mostly for deadlifting and barbell rows. Good product and I would totally buy again. The size I got will probably last me for a year or more but I use it only twice a week. I don't sweat often but this is useful when doing 5x10 deadlifts/rows when my forearms are dead-tired. I put maybe a dime-sized dollop and this is enough for probably 3-5 sets of an exercise.The only cons I have is that since the liquid is "air-activated" so you may need to shake the bottle vigorously as the top of the bottle coagulates. The hole at the top may also clog. Not an issue for me but if you're dangling in the air for climbing, it might not be the most efficient. But that goes with other alcohol-based/liquid chalk.

This stuff really works. It will improve your grip while it lasts. It is amazing for bouldering. It does wear off, so a rope route is less ideal. It does continue to keep your hands dry throughout an entire rope route, but a little magic wears off with each hold. I have used it both indoors and outdoors. I cannot tell a difference between the two.

Such a good product! Works perfectly and protects your hands! You just have to rub your hands together for a minute or so for the liquid to transform. Comes off easily also!
