I have PCOS and am working on my fertility. My doctor recommended 1000mg of a good quality inositol supplement. I take the recommended dose of 2, which means this is a 30 day supply. So far these have been great. They have no odor or taste and are easy to take. I haven't noticed an improvement in mood or other changes, but I'm hoping I'll have more regular periods. The price is reasonable and I would purchase these again.

Have used other vitalitown supplements in the past with good success, so trust that this is a reputable source for supplements. Overall this inositol has seem to worked well for my wife in regulating her cycles. She has also been taking some other hormones but believe that this has also made a difference, and has had no negative side effects to note. Overall this is a quality product at a reasonable price.

This supplement is gluten free and vegan, and has had no side effects for me. I have felt overall improved mood and better cycle regularity within a few weeks of daily use. The pill is easy-to-swallow, and I like the the lack of fillers/extra ingredients I don't want.

I wasn’t ovulating at all before, but after about a month on this, things are finally improving! Love that it’s vegan and in the ideal 40:1 ratio. Will definitely keep taking it as I try to get pregnant with PCOS.

I finally gave in and grabbed it and I’m so glad I did!It only has two ingredients, Myo Inositol and D Chiro Inositol, in the perfect 40 to 1 ratio that gynecologists rave about. No fillers, no fluff, no random extras, just exactly what your body actually needs. I especially love that it doesn’t have a ton of other vitamins thrown in, because I already take other supplements and don’t need to be overdosing on everything under the sun. My cabinet’s full enough, thanks!It’s made in the USA, third party tested (because if it’s not tested, it’s not trusted, not in this house) and vegan and gluten free for the cherry on top.I’ve read so many stories about women with hormone struggles or PCOS who started ovulating regularly after taking this. My daughter was recently diagnosed with PCOS and has noticed a change in how she feels. I don’t have PCOS, BUT I just had ovarian mass surgery and in the process my right ovary was removed. I would love to get pregnant and this combo is supposed to help balance hormones and support healthy ovulation even with just one ovary left. So I'm hoping that it will help!!It’s only been a short while, so I can’t say I’m suddenly glowing and shopping for baby names just yet, but I feel good knowing I’m giving my body real support.
