They give me a quick breakfast, and they keep me from getting hungry because they have a high protein content. My blood sugar doesn't rise as high or as rapidly as if I ate a muffin made with a lot of sugar.

Delicious could not tell it was low carb it is a bit dense-not dry just kind of heavy if that makes sense but placed in microwave for few seconds added butter-wow amazing!! Morning breakfast FAV well anytime snack fav chocolate chip also delicious!

Unremarkable muffin. Neither good nor bad. Only 10 g protein/ muffin. Pairs well with quest coffee (bumping up the protein to a 23-25g meal). I do love the low net carbs. They're a nice break from the bars but I think I'll stick with the bards because of the higher protein.

The texture is excellent, probably the best Ive tried low carb! Probably because its NET carbs though, I see it has plenty of fiber which we loveThe taste however is not as great. It's edible, especially when you consider the macros. It has quite some chemical taste to it. I think it might be the sweetener.Do NOT expect the taste of a real blueberry muffin. LOWER your expectations on taste and its not so bad. Not the worst ive had, not the best.
