These PVC biscuits are identical in size as the wooden biscuits. However, they will not expand with moisture unlike wooden biscuits. These work for me because I use PVC boards in rot susceptible areas. Of course, I use PVC glue to attach the pieces, and I have to work quickly. The product page suggest that these biscuits will work on wood also, but I don’t believe that PVC biscuits work well on wood pieces attached with wood glue. In addition, these biscuits are eight times more expensive than wooden biscuits.

I didn't even know something like this existed. I had a large project where I needed to edge glue some 4x8 sheets of pvc. Previously when I did this, the expansion and contraction left small gaps there in cold weather. This time, I used the bisquit joiner and gorilla glue to install these bisquits. So far it has held like it was made that way. No movement at all. Color of these don't matter as they are completely hidden. I used #20 size for setting and that worked fine. It kept the sheets perfectly aligned and was easy to get the perfect fit in the pvc.
