Use in my car and easy to clean up after my cats litter spills. Gets in to small spaces that a large vacuum can’t. Lightweight and good suction.

Came with everything that was advertised. It had about half a battery charge on it when it arrived and quickly charged to the full battery life. I’ve used it off and on over the last month without having to re-charge it.Other reviews have stated that this hand vacuum is loud but i find that the noise is that of any other vacuum I’ve owned like this.My only con so far is that I have difficulty aiming it correctly. I end up doing all sorts of wierd hand yoga moving around to be able to get what I’m aiming for. This might be operator error, but I will say I’ve never had this issue with other hand vacs in the past. It is slightly annoying.I would recommend this hand vacuum to keep on hand for small jobs.

Handy to use to pick up dust, dirt, etc without getting the large vacuum out. Can't figure out how to empty the vacuum. Instructions weren't very clear.Noisy even when on low.

Out of the 100 people who bought this last month could someone give me a hint on how to remove the dust filter from the dust container? I bought this vacuum partly because of all the positive reviews. The suction is great but it doesn't do me any good if I can't clean the dust filter. I emailed customer support with no response so without some help I'm lost. The manual shows them separated but nothing budges when I pull on it. What am I missing?

For a (sale) price of about $37 when I ordered, this seemed like a fairly good value for an off-brand hand vac that has some features I was looking for: rechargeable with an optional wall mount and the added ability to suck up water and other limited liquids, and a washable filter.The vac runs for only 15-20 minutes after fully charging it for 5 hours, so keep your expectations reasonable for this little guy! Read the page details (and the instructions, if you buy it) to see what this baby can and cannot do.It worked when I turned it on right out of the box. It's relatively loud (which I expected) and scattered my suddenly surprised cats (which I also expected). The instructions included are helpful. As with any handheld like this, it needs frequent dumping, depending on what you're sucking up.I like that it's not too heavy, and while it's not a tiny thing like my keyboard vac, it's smaller & lighter than our old dust buster while getting the small jobs done adequately.Since we're using this one exclusively for our cars, I installed the mounting bracket in my garage, using my own longer wood screws to keep it as secure as possible. The cord is a little less than 6 feet in length (1.8 meters), which is a good length to have more versatility mounting on a wall.Still early, I'll rate this 4 stars, especially at the sale price value. I have no way yet to know how long it will last or how durable the body or components are until I put it to some regular use for a reasonable period of time, and that's always an important factor to me when I'm looking to buy something like this. Still new but so far, so good.
