I absolutely love this electric fireplace! It adds such a cozy and elegant touch to my living room. The flame looks surprisingly realistic, and the heat output is perfect for chilly evenings. I like that you can use the flame effect with or without heat; it makes the room feel warm and inviting all year round. Setup was super easy, and it works quietly, which I really appreciate. The remote control is convenient too. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and worth every penny.

Very sturdy unit, definitely not one person assembly due to the weight of the laminate. There was slight shipping damage near the top corner, but simple fix with touch up pain. Nice flames, and beautiful unit overall.

I was first impressed with the packing. It was the best most secure packing ever. Looked very professional. The unit itself was very complete and best of all the instructions were very easy to read. Very easy construction. Flame is so impressive. . Very large screen. Easy remote. All in all very impressive

This unit looks exactly as advertised when assembled. It came in two boxes and was packaged meticulously, so it took awhile to unbox. The boxes are heavy too. I recommend a drill or electric screwdriver to put it together. Holes we're not really pre drilled, but pre-indented. Pay attention to the drawings in the instructions - pieces are not labeled but can be identified by the hole patterns. Once I got it together it works as advertised! There are two heat output settings and you can change the brightness and height and speed of "flames". You can even turn on the flames without heat output. It's very warm standing in front of it. I don't think it really warms up the room, but it seemed to take the chill off a bit. I do wish the warmth output was stronger. I'm happy with my purchase though, as I didn't want to spend more than this.

I chose the 43-inch version and it's absolutely perfect. The unit arrived well-packaged in two separate boxes: one for the main structure and one for the fireplace insert. Assembly was straightforward and easy with two people. I specifically wanted this style for the open center shelf, which is a great space for displaying decorations while also keeping them out of reach of my curious cats! For size reference, the photo shows a 65-inch TV mounted above it. You can change the color of the flame and also have the flames going without having the heater on.

Very frustrated with this product the holes on various panels didnt align and the ones that did were so flimsy the unit moved side to side. It wasnt a secure fit. Paint peeled on some of the laminate panels. Really looked forward to this it just became so frustrating putting it together. I just gave up because after putting some panels they fell apart

Great price and fast delivery. Suggest help carrying boxes. They are a bit heavy. But looks great when it all built and done.
