I can't say enough about how excellent the flavor & texture of this chocolate is. They melt really well. The taste is delish.My only criticism is with Bolo. I asked for keto chocolate chips specifically. IDK if it was the results the search engine gave me or one of their "similar" or "you might like" suggestions, plus I was rushed because it was almost Christmas, along with my neurodivergent issues. But I didn't notice when I placed my order that these had sugar in them. Partly my own fault, but lesson learned. I put too much trust in the results. Because my mom is diabetic I couldn't use the chocolate for candy at Christmas. They were a bit pricey, but there was no time to order something else and I couldn't return them. I will use them for candy for Easter for my granddaughters, so they won't be wasted. The reason I mention it is a cautionary tale: you can't always trust Bolo's search results. And please pass this onto them. They can't always rely on algorithms.

They taste good and are vegan for those who avoid dairy. It does, however, have a very chocolatey taste not the creamy taste of a semi-sweet chocolate piece. I like it and the taste difference is not noticeable in cookies or brownies.

Really tasty but who doesn’t love caramel. These are small ones and add to cookies really well with the flavor. Could sprinkle on ice cream for great taste. Enjoy.

I love these chips and have ordered them in the past. But when they arrived today they were hot and melted so useless for making cookies.

These have a great flavor and texture both before and after baking. I do think baking improves them though. However, be aware that the chips are smaller than you'd expect, almost mini chips, so it's really best to go by weight and not volume to avoid caramel chip overload (unless you want that).Also, I have family members with soy allergies, and soy lecithin is in so many chips that it's hard to find any without it (good or bad). This uses sunflower lecithin, which is why I tried it in the first place. But, I use these even when soy isn't an issue. They're really good.

This product is marked vegan, and then had the nerve to have the second ingredient be palm oil!? That is in no way considered vegan. I would have returned these, but Bolo has a no return policy on food items. I'm SOOO disappointed with the ingredients of this product. It tastes like chemicals according to my non-vegan friend who wanted to see if they were like the real deal and if you look at the toxic ingredients list, it is amazing that they don't taste worst. Never going to purchase this product again.

Melted into a lump when delivered, non refundable… cannot bake allergy free choc chip cookies for my son with it, overpaid and overpriced. Very disappointed, buy at your own risk as it will melt.. contains soy lecithin for anyone who needs to know to avoid soy.
