I bought a 16" for myself and bought this one for my son. I hope he like it. The price is very reasonable. It worth a try.
1.0 out of 5 stars My wasted money/ Unhappy with Laptop
Produc/Laptop does not work. I plugged it in for the first time today. It’s been plugged in charging all day to still have no battery and will not turn on. I bought this as my son’s birthday gift and it doesn’t work. I am so disappointed because my hard earned money has been wasted

About 4 months after purchasing this laptop, it stopped recognizing its hard drive. Tried to reach out to their customer service because its still under warranty but no reply.Update. They reached out to me and they did honor the warranty. I revised my review from 1 star to 4 stars. If they would have responded initially I would have given them 5 stars. But since I had to jump through all these hoops to get the warranty honored I give them 4 stars.
5.0 out of 5 stars Unable to download music to a cd disk drive.
I tried downloading music from this laptop computer in conjunction with a portable cd drive but it wouldn’t work. I’m not sure if it’s the computer, the “D” disc drive or that downloading music is not allowed now. I’ve been able to do it before using older computers. Otherwise the laptop is an excellent purchase.

While it is eye catching for the price, the product's overall specs are not meant to run windows 11 in an acceptable speed. Opening your browser and going to simple websites with very little assets to load, or simply opening a Microsoft Office app (such as excel or word), puts this laptop in slow mode, and you will need to be patient to do any single task here - also forget multitasking.Can't recommend it, even with the very compelling price, unless you need something desperately and cannot increase your budget.

I just got it yesterday, but I have been setting it up with my other equipment. So far I am very impressed with this laptop. Truthfully, I was disappointed that it is not touchscreen but I did not check for it. Thought the new pcs were touchscreen. No problems though. I am learning about the tech and such, so I'm enjoying myself. I'll be 63 this year and have been working on computers since Radio Shack had 8" floppy disk, before Windows, just MSDos. Good job and I believe if I have a problem, they will take care of me.
