They even provide extra silicone gaskets for the no-drip nozzle, but they pack them in the water tank where I didn't find them until I looked inside to see if it needed a cleaning, and there they were in a tiny plastic bag at the bottom of the tank. When I first registered the product for the additional year of warranty coverage I inquired if they could send me the missing gaskets and they replied with a standard "thanks for registering" message but no reply to my inquiry. Either way, I would buy this unit again, but, like any product, we'll see how long it will last.

I brew my coffee using a strainer. I bought this as a party coffee maker. I tested the unit. It is simple to operate and unexpectedly a fast drip. Appearance is sharp. While it has auto shut off and timer, for the price I was not expecting such functions in this unit. Coffee temperature was satisfactory hot. It was quiet to operate, which was another bonus. I will look forward to serving coffee in my next party.

This may be premature as I've been using this coffee maker for only 2-1/2 weeks, but so far so good. Other coffee makers have been disappointing from the outset, specifically Mueller and Black & Decker. I was frustrated to the point of trying out a French Press. Nice, but more cleanup than I wanted on a daily basis. I also pulled out my old Farberware Electric Perk which makes a great cup of coffee, but for whatever reason I prefer the ease and aesthetic of a drip coffee maker in the morning. So, I will be thrilled if the Shardor maintains its easy efficient drip for the next few years. I'm feeling optimistic.

I like this coffee maker, it has some nice features and has been working well so far.For a "value" coffee maker, it really has some nice design cues that emulatemore premium products in this category.The "black and silver" motif is executed well, along with the array of touch screen functions, it's a veryclean, functional and easy to use design.The assembly and quality of materials, however, overall seem to be a bit "fragile", especially the glasscarafe, which is thinner than most of the carafes from other makers I've had over the years.As far as the brewed coffee, it does tend to be a bit weaker than I like it to be, even with the "strength" buttonset to "robust". I wouldn't say it's weak, but my prior machine had three strength settings, and this one onlyhas two. The brewing time is within normal boundaries that I've experienced with prior machines.For the price, I took a flyer on this, because I don't like paying upwards of $100 for a coffee maker.I think most people would be satisfied with this machine, assuming, of course, that it doesn't stop working after a few months, which a few reviewers did report and kind of makes sense, given the overall build quality.Recommended, for a "budget" machine it is a good value.

Listen, I’ve been a Keurig woman for years. Unfortunately the last few models I’ve had, had not lasted. They have short circuited. Anyway I was like “sometimes less fancy is best” and this coffee maker is INCREDIBLE. Super easy to use and clean. Compact, fits wonderfully in my kitchen. Easy to program too! Coffee drip does take a little longer than what I’m used to, but that’s okay. Coffee is yummy, can pick your own coffee strength too. Hoping to use this for a long time!

Great coffee pot! I didn't need a full 12-cup pot (this is 10) and wanted something programmable. Read the reviews and bought it. Very intuitive to use, easy to program, love the touchpad operation and that it has the strength adjustment. Makes great coffee and the coffee stays HOT. Some reviewers mention thin glass on the carafe; it is thinner than some, but I don't find it exceptionally thin. The price was better than on brand-name pots rated lower. Only issue was a very lengthy delivery time, but the pot is perfect.

I LOVE this coffee maker! It brews quickly, and the coffee tastes great! I love that it has a clock on it, AND I can pre-set it so I wake up to a fresh-brewed pot of hot coffee. The reusable basket is great~ no more coffee filters. The instructions say to use filters, though...I just don't. I'm delighted I chose this excellent coffee maker!
