I purchased this towel warmer and a stand for it, for my cold natured boyfriend for his birthday. This was the perfect gift for him! It warms up dry towels within minutes, ours are the big sheet towels and we can fit 2 comfortably inside. There is a bar on the outside that tells you it's heating progress and it has an automatic shutoff in case we forget to turn it off. He loves it and I love knowing that he gets a warm towel when he's fresh out of the shower.You can also purchase fragrance discs for it, but we haven't done that yet.

I had another towel warmer for 3 years but it did not heat evenly. This product heats the towels evenly and is easy to use. It does make a clicking sound as if it is expanding while warming up and even after it is shut off continues the same noise. I contacted service and they asked me to record or video the warmer when making the noise. I sent a video to them in which you can clearly hear the noise that was over two weeks ago. The video is long so I airdropped the attachment and to my email. It has been a few weeks since I sent it and still no response. I would give the product afive if they would resolve this issue.Customer service resolved the problem and shipped me a new Towel Warmer. They stood by their product and corrected it although it was damaged when I received the first one. Customer Service really isn't responsible for the product once it leaves the factory even if it is damaged during shipping. They are responsible to keep the customers happy and that is what they have done by correcting the issue. I have now given them a five star rating because of the way they handled a problem and would recommend not only the product but the company because of Customer service, thank you.

Takes time but does a good job warming towels. In normal shower times does at least take chill out of towels. Fits a large towel along with a regular size one. Be careful when reaching in for a towel since sides do get very hot. Is not a towel dryer so moist towels will come out moist but still warm

I got this because our back bathroom is freezing in the winter, and my towel felt like a ice burg to dry off. SO I thought this would be a good thing to help warm me up when getting out of the shower. It is the best thing ever. I just love this thing, I loved it so much I bought one for my big sister for her birthday. IT is just the best feeling to wrap a nice hot towel around your body when getting out of the shower. I put my towel in it before, I get in the shower and It warms my towel up by the time I get out. works great, good price, has a nice look, light weight. everyone should have one.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just picked this up on a woman. I’m so glad I did. I have a hot tub and warm towels coming out of the hot tub are gonna be perfect for this winter, but I’m already using it even in the summer. I nothing beats a hot towel.

Towel warmer works great! We mostly use it for our baby after bath time, but works with our big towels as well. Can easily fit 2 normal sized towels. If you need something that looks great and warms your towels, robes, or clothes in general this is it!
