Each bag is around 70-130 calories, depending on the item making portion control easy. The flavors are great, especially the white cheddar popcorn and honey mustard pretzels. They're flavorful without having too much salt content and the smell is fresh and not artificial. The popcorn is light and airy with a nice crunch, while the pretzels are crisp and bold. The cheese puffs are nice and kid friendly too. All of the snacks feel lighter and healthier than typical chips and many are gluten free. Great texture, satisfying flavor and a solid health conscious option for busy days!

This variety snack box is the best one I have ever found. It fits everyone in our family's tastes and came with so many little bags for such a great price. Everything was within the BBD and fresh and tasted great. Good for road trips, beach days, or just to stock the pantry.

Popcorn is so good. I send it to the school for the teachers & staff to have snacks available. This is a no nut option that the school counselor uses in her office for the kids. It smells delicious & has a lower calorie count. Much healthier option snack.
