This nailed it! Make sure to get a switch ac power adapter or use them one that came with the system and you’re good to go. Just plug and the stuff where it says and you’ll be gaming on the tv of every hotel or friend you visit

It’s a little touchy and seems to not work sometimes if the cord isn’t adjusted just right but when placed perfectly it works as expected and it’s much easier to use and takes up much less space than the actual dock which is very nice! I’m not saying it’s a bad product by any stretch, I will probably buy again but for other uses on my TV such as plugging in my tablet or phone to that uses USB-C Ports

The media could not be loaded. My nintendo switch has absolutely no problems. Has only been used a few times since I’ve had and just recently started downloading games for it. Since I’ve gotten this adapter it worked at first for a few nights when I would randomly play for a bit and then randomly about 3 days ago it just wasn’t turning on at all. Eventually It managed to turn back on after trying with different chargers. But after using it last night not even for an hour—today I try to turn it on and nothing. Other chargers won’t work either. Warranty on my switch is gone too so that’s a huge bummer. Wish I woulda known others were having this issue before I purchased.

The media could not be loaded. To the reviews that claimed this device ended their switches, I dont think you should leave you switch plugged into this device indefinitely. I bought this hoping it would work for the new swtich2 but alas it wouldn't display the picture. I didnt fully expect it to either. I have a switch1 (the original not oled or lite) and it worked perfectly fine. There was no delay from controller to game. My switch still turns on and all is good. I think this is a great device to use as you are using your gaming system but it isnt nintendo branded so I dont trust leaving my switch hooked up to it endlessly. I only gave it 4 stars because it didnt exceed my expectation.
