I purchased my first StateRiver 23L Towel Cabinet in March of 2024, and it worked perfectly for several months. But the magnet eventually popped out of the door causing the unit to no longer seal properly, letting heat escape and ultimately cracking the frame, as well as making my suite unbearably humid. Remembering that there was a two years warranty, I contacted Bolo, whose customer service was unusually difficult about it. I contacted StateRiver directly. Couldn't believe it but I received a response from their staff member Ivy, who guided me through submitting photos of my issue for their evaluation. Ivy replaced my unit and was extremely personable and friendly throughout, she treated me like a human being, interaction that is extremely impressive to me in this AI scripted world we're in now.I've worked in three other spas besides my own...and all of the other towel warmers I've used never quite got hot enough unless it was on for hours upon hours- this unit gets hot amazingly fast. I love the capacity- as you can see, it has ample room for two rows of full size hand towels on the bottom and middle rack, let alone smaller facial towels. I also warm my stones and my lotion or oil just prior to treatment. It is the perfect amount of steamy heat. The cabinet is very light, I carried the box up a flight of stairs into my office twice with no issues.Simply put- I will stick with this brand. At $100 even if I have to replace it again out of pocket...that's the cost of doing business. Hot towels elevate my massage to the next level of relaxation and I will use StateRiver as long as I can.Thank you Ivy!

My mother runs a nail store and I got this StateRiver hot towel warmer for her customers. And it turns out to be great for them. This warmer is quite large compared to others. It is able to hold 60 towels at the Maximum. The temperature can go up to 175F'. Since the internal is made of oxidized aluminum it is not going to rust. Cleaning is also quite easy, just removed the trays and wipe the interior. Decent investment for keep customers moistured

I am in shock at how many reviews said that this does not get hot enough. I literally play hot potato with every towel I take out of it because they are too hot!My only wish was that it had the ability to control the temperature. But I'm developing a system and my clients are LOVING the hot towels with their massages.

I love it. I usually put 10 towels in at a time, but can store probably 20. It gets really hot. I also have a timer on it (and lather machine) so both can be hot when I get to work. Because it does take a little while for towels to get hot.

Perfect size for my nail salon. However, it didn't get my towels warm enough to use. I even warmed up the towels first, by soaking them in the hotest water possible, then wringing them out and setting them inside this warmer. After 2 hours the towels were slightly warm at best. The return process with Bolo was hassle free and super easy.
