Each panel is lightweight but very sturdy. I've been using this to shoot videos for my students and to take photos when sharing my life on social media. This kit has been a solid upgrade in quality.For a photographer, I think it's helpful to keep this for at-home photo studio to add some background lighting to spice up a at home photoshopping setup. It works well to complement the main lighting for the product shots or portaits.

I don’t recommend it to anyone. It didn’t work at all. It didn’t help me anytime I use it. It fell in the light flipped down it doesn’t stay up. It moves a lot.I try to return it to Bolo. They said the return window closed. We can return it and I have to pay $55 for this item.

The adjustable brightness and color temperature are a welcome bonus as well.Definitely worth it if you want a good lighting setup without paying an arm and a leg.
