It took me two tries to do the impression because I wanted to make it perfect. Their rep confirmed that my impressions met their standards and I received my custom fit retainers in a few weeks. I am amazed with the quality and to how well they fit for a fraction of the cost of what my orthodontist charged.

This product was easy to mold to mouth and it comes with all the directions needed to send in the molds . It was a fast turnaround getting the retainers sent back to me and they fit very well. I am extremely happy with the product. The price is not bad for the quality of the items . The team reaches out to me asking for follow up on how they fit and that is something you do not get often.

This was such a great experience! Easy instructions to follow. I did the mold and the first one got lost in the mail and I had to resend another. The customer service was phenomenal. And they’re the ones that reached out to tell me they needed a new mold, in quick time. When I got the retainers they are great quality and fit perfect! Also, the container to store them in is super nice. Will definitely go through this company again!

The media could not be loaded. This are my first ones and honestly they are very comfortable and good quality.. definitely worth the moneyThey fit really good I have a week with them but seem good.. it was a two week process very easy to follow instructions and support team is good, they answered quickly.. I'll keep purchasing from them when in need, my teeth shifted while waiting which does put pressure while putting on my retainers but the means it's good.. and I love it comes with a case.. I got 1mm and they are very sturdy

My dentist would charge me $400 for nightguards/retainers but this kit costs $100 so I gave a try. The kit came with 3 different sizes of mouth impressions and 10 bags of impression materials. It took time and I used 7 bags to get both upper and lower teeth impression right. The custom service is great as they replied my emails instantly and verify impression photos and sending me the return mail labels. It took about two weeks for products to ship back to me. Both upper and lower retainers fits both teeth and gum perfectly and the materials is soft and 1mm thick. I wear them at night and did not feel any discomfort. The quality is nice and will try to wear them long term.

Quality of the retainer feels as good as the ones I got from my orthodontist and dentist, with one difference, these ones were cut below the gum line. But from my research this might be better for less gum irritations.The seller very responsive to the questions and queries. I am in need of upper retainers only and they were able to make two upper retainers for me.They have options of 1mm and 1.5mm thickness. Since I’m ordering 2 upper retainers, I ordered one of each thickness. Both fit snug and tight. No complaints.The only cons is that the whole process took about 4 and half weeks from ordering to the final delivery. After ordering, it takes 5 days for the impression kit to deliver. I sent out the impression on the next day. Then it’s just a waiting game. The retainers are manufactured in China and shipped by Shunfeng to US address directly. This shipping from China takes about 2 weeks. I’m not sure if the impressions were shipped to China or they could scan the impressions in the US and send the scanning result digitally to China. There is probably opportunity to improve the speed if sending digitally.Also BTW making the impressions is a bit tricky especially if you attempt it first time. It took me about 6 tries to get a pair of good impressions. They include enough impression powder bags (10 bags in my kit). The instructions says using one bag of power to make an impression, but from my experience one bag would result in too much fluidity or softness. One and a quarter bags of powders each time would be much better, not too hard and not too softWill order again unless I need one urgently.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this retainer. It’s of great quality, surpassing the previous one I had from my orthodontist. Moreover, it’s significantly more affordable. I adore the case it is super cute and convenient.
