They immediately are available to answer any questions or concerns. They will continue to follow up with you to ensure you total satisfaction. This is key especially for first time drone owners like me.The drone is packaged with an abundance of care and protection. I appreciate the easy read instructions. The drine is lightweight, sleek, modern looking and very cool. The controller feels amazing and perfect for any size hand to reach controls. The fly more package is a must and worth the investment (trust me on this). You will enjoy flying this drone that you want to continue for as long as possible. The battery life is very good and with three batteries so much better. The performance is so impressive. It has more than enough power and speed than you expect from a drone at this price point. You will not find any other that compare unless you spend at least double the cost. The picture quality is crisp, clear and steady thanks the the 3 point gimble that keeps pictures and videos stabilized. Also, get the controller strap to ensure you keep it off the floor or damage and it is essential for longer flights too.If you want a drone that is so easy to use and master. This drone has all the power and cool features that other drones that cost more than double might or might not have.The Atom 2 is the most complete, modern, feature packed, and top notch performance drone. It is so fun to fly and make awesome memories wherever you go. You or your family will be so happy you chose the Atom 2.

I am updating my review from three stars to five! Here's why: Potensic customer service is phenomenal, and they answered each of my concerns beautifully. Check this out...For RID, the information is blank and does not get updated unless the customer enters data. That's good, but even better is that they will be updating the software to let the user determine if and when they want to use RID in an upcoming update.The registration information is solely for interacting with customer care and will not be used for any other purpose.The geo-fencing has also been removed in a recent update already! There is no download in advance or restrictions imposed by the drone.And, the bag was updated at customer request to be sleeker with a better zipper and external material.You can see that they are intensely committed to customer satisfaction, and with these changes there is nothing but excellence in this product! FIVE STARS!--------------The drone is great, very much worth all the attention it gets at this price. But let me tell you what I don't like before I tell you what I do like.Potensic now requires you to associate an email address and account info directly to the drone itself. It always broadcasts it's ID information when turned on, and you cannot stop that. They have added geo-fencing, and won't let you fly very far if you don't register, and at that you can't use the drone more than a few days if you don't register. I don't know if the government made them do it, but this wasn't the case at all with the ATOM. They don't even tell you they require this before you purchase it. They make you give them permission to pull the drone data at their will also.So, for now, it's a three star review at best. But what about the rest of the flying experience?The drone is awesome. More stable in flight than the ATOM, much better camera, and a vastly improved remote control that is fabulous to use, has better control features, and feels sturdier. This drone has new, quieter propellers (by a little), far more camera functionality including multiple panorama options, and still great battery life. Distance is superior... Not 10km, but I got over 2 miles away before it started having issues with communication.The bag is disappointing, once you've had the old bag. The older ATOM bag has pockets on the outside, a handle on top of the bag, and a padded shoulder strap. The new bag does not have those, but is otherwise functionally similar.The batteries are the exact same. The charging dock is too. The propellers are updated, and not interchangable. They offer a protection plan, and if you're going to crash a few times or fly in the rain, it's worth it probably. But on the other hand, if you pay attention to where you're flying, it's unlikely you'll crash. There is a deductible required with each drone replacement as well. I'll keep the money and see what other drones/updates hit the market in the meantime.I love the drone and it's capabilities. I just wish they would remove the hokey registration and geo-fencing limitations.

This drone is amazing, I bought this drone a month ago to get pictures at work. I have been posting pictures and videos on LinkedIn everyone has been commenting how great the videos and pictures look. I have experience with some drones. This is the easiest to fly while videoing and taking pictures. I strongly recommend this for anyone for any type of video or picture experience with limited drone experience I got the package with the three extra batteries and they did not lie. I am getting almost 95 minutes of flight time with a three batteries. The range is absolutely amazing and I love flying it. The the remote is one of the best features I’ve seen on any drone. I currently have six drones. My most expensive is the parrot my second favorite drone is DJI spark until I got this drone

This is my first drone and I am very satisfied from the build quality. high value for money.I am impressed of the wind resistance. The video quality is excellent. Not impressed by the picture quality though that there is room for improvement as well as protection from obstacles.Overall I totally recommend for both beginners but also for experts who look for a great quality and budget friendly drone.

Bought it for the range (I've flown it in the boonies, about a mile to test and no issues). Battery life appears to be a solid 24 minutes. Video is excellant, just make sure your phone is up to it. Love the updates as I am periodically asked to DL software or maps. Vey stable in flight. Easy to learn the vaious options. I added the prop guards - if you ever see one of these hit something you will know why !The controller is a little bulky. I like that the whole system can be USB charged, battery and drone.This is my 4th drone. I have a DJI Mavic 2 which is obviously a cut above but the Potensic is close and under 250 grams which i another reason I bought it.All in all I highly recommend the Atom 2 by Potensic.

More features than the big brand. Range is exceptional even in the city I was able to easily get 3km (had to return to home because my battery wasn’t fully charged). Speaking of return to home feature, it is really accurate. Every time the Atom 2 is landing within 30 cm of the home point. I recommend the Potensic Atom 2 over other brand anytime, and the price is very reasonable for a drone that beats more expensive drones!

Great value drone

I purchased the Atom 1 (3 axis gimble version) a year ago as my first drone and was thoroughly impressed with the capabilities of this sub 250g drone. I am by no means an expert drone pilot or own other drones to compare the potensic products. When I knew that the Potensic atom 2 was to be released, I had hoped for improvements and boy did they deliver. Whilst Potensic has managed to maintain the great qualities of the Atom 1 they have improved the controller to provide more range, and the camera hardware to provide better low light performance. Having tested the drone for 2 weeks, I am more than happy with the Atom 2.I have been in contact with Potensic over some performance issues I experienced with my drone, they were attentive and provide me with great information and were responsive to my request for future improvements.Overall a great product with great customer experience for me.

Perfecto so far. I'm still familiarizing with it's capabilities but so far, I'm impressed. It has a great camera for photography and videos and keeps steady in flight and hovering. Great job, Potensic! I'll be following your progress.

Bang for your buck!I own a DJI Neo and I've hesitated to go for the Atom 2, not knowing if anything beside DJI was worth the shot.Boy was I wrong to doubt it.So far it's a good little workhorse, reliable and fun to pilot.The camera is great. I suggest you to play around with the white balance / ISO to adjust the colors & lighting.Can't wait for the future updates!

Won’t regret buying this one

This Drone upgrade from the original Atom is awesome, the new remote is nice to hold on to. All the new features love the cruise control. Hopefully they put the waypoints in this one in an update. Would like to see the return to home with a tracer to show it when returning. I have the original Atom not sure if I’ll sell it I like it to.
