No Subscription needed! I like that you can either use a code fingerprint and in case of emergency a key to unlock the door. I do wish there was a different options to select what type of handle. I like that the app allows you to set notifications and allows integration with the doorbell camera. It was easy to install and set up. Each person has their own code and fingerprint to get in the door.

Very easy to install and the quality of the lock is great!! The look is of designer door lock and blends in with any decor. The app works great, and finger detection is on spot.

The media could not be loaded. This lock is so wonderful and convenient! I love how it's super easy to open the door with the fingerprint reader directly located on the lever itself so I don't have to scan my fingerprint on the keypad and then open the door. The lever makes it super easy to unlock the door and I like how the lock locks itself by disconnecting itself from the outside lever and automatically connects itself again when the inside lever is turned. It has many methods to open like the keypad, an NFC tag, a physical/traditional key, through your phone and even your Apple Watch! This has saved me so much time getting in and out of my house and is super convenient. I'd take this lock over any traditional lock anyday.

Solid, Functional and great looking. Lots of technology options to play with. A little disappointed that the fingerprint function is not more robust. Usually takes me about 3 tries to unlock with my thumb. Also wish there was a more straight forward manual way to lock from the inside. There is a privacy switch that must be toggled back to off, otherwise it will not open from the outside at all. I am thinking more of a deadbolt like function.I like the weight of this lock. Makes door feel more solid. Installation was fairly easy.I would recommend this.Probably going to get the S330 for the front door.

Have 2-Different Eufy smart locks and they work as-advertised.Simple to install. This one requires 8 Batteries so hopefully power lasts a longgggg time.

This is a great lock and normally a very good price on Bolo. Installs easily and setup is quick and intuitive. The fingerprint programming is just like on your iPhone; the reader quickly recognizes your fingerprint at various angles. The integration with the Alexa skill took a little to figure out, but that works fine. The app makes it easy to add users, assign temporary codes, and unlock on demand. Wish there were a one-click button in the app or a keypad code to keep the door unlocked, but instead, you have to disable autolock in the app, which is less intuitive. You can adjust the volume or turn off the entry bell, but I would love to be able to change the tone as well. Also, it would be nice to have any brand of RFID card work and not have to purchase their special one. The unit feels very rugged and secure. Overall a good buy.
1.0 out of 5 stars Won't quickly respond to phone commands (takes 3-5 minutes) or sync up to phone on 3 new locks.
I had problems with the lock responding to commands from my iPhone SE 2020. When the phone app did connect to the lock it would continue to sync with the lock and keep doing that for hours. I tried removing the lock then adding it to the app and still had issues with it constantly sync. On the one time it did complete the sync process it would take 3-5 minutes just to lock or unlock the lock. I called tech support and they said it should not take that long to respond to phone commands and sent me another lock. I went through 3 new locks in hopes of getting the lock to quickly respond to the phone app and NONE of them worked like the technical support folks said it should work. I have a Eufy door bell and security camera that I don't have any issues with so I know the phone app is working OK on my network so that is not an issue.I finally gave up and sent the lock back. I should not have to try so hard just to get the lock to work with the phone app.If you buy this and have any issues with it responding to your phone, send it back because it won't get any better. FYI every lock I purchased went through a firmware update when I connected to my phone. It is not a good sign when an item you just purchased needs a firmware update. Updates like this are to fix known issues with the item which means it was sold with known defects or operational problems.
