Not only was this a Christmas gift for my daughter, I thank god I decided to build night the night before Christmas cause most items were broken. Several furniture pieces(Bed, tables, toilet, etc) were missing legs, crack entirely, or had an entire chunk missing. Even one of the floors had a broken whole. I committed to building which was regrettable. The instructions aren’t clear , they have a book showing you how to build 5 different doll houses, didn’t realize until the end and I had to take half apart to build again. Then when I try to complain or get help the ONLY option is to TAKE IT APART AND RETURN IT. Now I’m expected to take my daughter’s Christmas gift completely away because I was given a broken house. Won’t fix it or send pieces but wants me to take everythinggggg(there’s like 300 pieces) apart and separated and fit back into the box it came in. The pieces don’t even fit the way they’re supposed to into the house either. THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with a toy.

ALL I WILL SAY IS!!OUR BABYGIRL FORGOT ALL ABOUT THAT "DREAM HOUSE" I DARE TO MENTION LOL!!I WILL COME BACK WHEN WE SET UP THE FENCING AT THE VILLA LOLOL THIS IS PHENOMENAL AND IF WE HAVE ROOM FOR ANOTHER WE WILL EXTEND IT OUT!!! IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY!! PLAYED WITH THIS ALL NIGHT!! FUN FAMILY TIME TO ASSEMBLE TOGETHER IF YOU'RE INTO LEGGOS AND PUZZLE TYPE BEHAVIORS.WE WOKE UP THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS AND OUR DGHTR WAS PLAYING WITH THIS AS SOON AS SHE WOKE UP. SHE IS 7!SHE IS A GAMER, READER, ARTIST, PAINTING, DRAWING, BABYDOLLS, PLAY DOH etc JUST EVERY BIT OF A KID, SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN EXPRESSING THEMSELVES AND TAPPING INTO IMAGINATION AND THEY LOVE ALL THE PRETEND STUFF AS WELL THIS IS VERY STURDY & ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS LOL!WHO NEEDS A DREAM HOUSE WHEN YOU CAN HAVE A LUXURY VILLA??!! LOL I'm glad I purchased this!

Got this for my daughter for Christmas as her first doll house. She loves it! There are a ton of pieces which was very overwhelming at first but once you started going it went pretty quick. Some pieces were hard to keep in place, not sure if it’s my error from putting them in wrong, or just the quality not being the best. I love the customization you get as well as the tons of accessories and the puppies and 2 dolls. My daughter loves it but also likes to take it apart which is a pain in the butt but she’s only 2 so that’s to be expected. The value for money is above exceptional in my opinion and the size is perfect for my daughters height. I plan to upgrade it next year so like I said, it’s a great starter house
