Gummies have a great taste. Very easy to take. Really love that they are third party tested and verified for safety, and that you can actually find that information. However, my husband did not really notice much of a difference when trying this product. I also feel it's pretty expensive for the amount you get.

When I first ordered these shilajit gummies I expected them to taste something like the other non-gummy products I've tried. These were drastically different in that they actually tasted good. It's hard to speak to effectiveness as I have noticed any large difference between taking these and not taking them, but that was also the same for the other shilajit products I've tried. I'm not sure if that's because shilajit doesn't affect me like it does others or if it's a product specific thing. I'm still going to finish out the bottle to see if I notice an improvement over time and at least these are tasty and easy to eat one every day.

According to the FDA, a Delaware LLC by the same name is a registered importer of supplements, which immediately suggests to me that the are not made in the USA. The packaging does not mention where they are manufactured anywhere. Typically, supplements that are made in the USA put this info prominently on the label. If the supplements are actually being imported, I believe they could get in trouble during a customs inspection if the imported goods were labeled as being produced in the United States, but I believe they're also required to stamp products with their country of origin.Furthermore, Pure Health Max is a registered trademark of someone who appears to be located in the UK. He was the Director of a UK business by the name of Use Pure Shilajit Ltd, with an apparent Moroccan national as a co-director. Interestingly, both of these fellows are attempting to be some sort of get-rich-quick ecommerce/dropshipping influencers, with the UK guy literally having a TikTok account with the username @[guy's first name]dropships.The likelihood that these guys are manufacturing these gummies, let alone anything else, in the United States, is slim to none. I've been able to identify the actual origin of some supplements with misleading listings indicating they were manufactured in the USA through things like FSSAI license numbers (indicating production by a licensed facility in India). I'm more comfortable trying those supplements than these mystery ones.But I did try these anyway, because I am a BEAST and I need to ensure my VIRILE MASCULINITY. I'm actually an afab nb person, but I haven't seen anything indicating that afab folks shouldn't consume shilajit, despite it frequently being marketed as a masculinity enhancer.They taste fine. I did develop a headache shortly after taking them, but correlation does not equal causation. I'm not super excited to try more of them when I have other, more reputable sources of shilajit and ashwagandha, though.

I'm giving this a 4 star rating because I have taken it for awhile now and personally I haven't noticed a huge jump in energy, or anything else for that matter, but I'm not going to tear down this product by giving it a low rating just because it didn't work as well for me.This product had people raving about it on the internet, so my personal expectations may have been a little too high for them to live up to. I think they taste Ok to me and should provide some good benefits being of the shilajit component. I also have another version of shilajit which is like tar. Some people don't like that kind of earthy aftertaste (I don't mind it at all), so these will probably work well for you.
