Does a good job cleaning the bottom of my concrete pool. The walls are fiberglass with a small ledge, so the robot doesn't get all of that. And usually doesn't try to clean the steps. I didn't think it would. The floor was the main thing I wanted it to get. The pool is 18 x 36 feet so that is a big help and time saver. If it lasts 5 or 6 years I will be very satisfied. Seems to be well made.
The product and its customer service certainly hasn't worked well for me.
I have a 20' X 40' Esther Williams inground concrete pool with a vinyl liner installed in 1958 and in beautiful condition. No matter how I set the controls or what special patterns I set on the machine, it misses huge sections of the pool. Sometimes it just stops, and I have to take it out, shut it off, and re-enter the instructions when it still has battery power left. At other times, it just keeps going back and forth in the same spots and doesn't move on. Every once in a while, it does an OK job. It completely ignores working with any preset pattern in "expert mode". I have had no luck with calling customer service. I get a recording saying I have to call during business hours on the West Coast. I take into consideration the 3-hour time difference, and I still get the same message. When I finally left a message and received no return call. The machine climbs walls with no problems, and if it, by chance, runs over debris on the bottom of the pool, it does pick it up. It also doesn't necessarily park itself when the battery runs out at the side of the pool. I have had to fish it out of the middle of the deep end on occasion. That brings up another problem: the product comes with a hook that you attach to your vacuum pole or skimmer pole to pull the unit out when it is done "cleaning". The hook, however, isn't properly designed to hook onto the handle to lift the cleaner out of the water. The product tends to slip off during the process and sink again. I have been cleaning the pool for decades, the old-fashioned way with a vacuum hose, and I guess this product is not going to change that. The product is generally a disappointment.
Best investment EVER for my swimming pool
UPDATE:It's now been over 10 weeks that I have had my unit and I use it DAILY. After a rainstorm I get a lot of tree debris in my pool. I simply change it to Turbo mode to hit just the bottom of the pool. Recharge it and then run it in normal floor and walls mode. I have ZERO complaints about this unit. It takes me only about 2 minutes to clean the unit after it completes a cleaning cycle. Then I bring it inside and charge it up again in preparation for the next day. My typical routine is to put it in the pool before I go to work. Then when I get back from work I pull it out, clean out the basket and filter and recharge it for the next morning. Before I got this unit it would take me at least an hour twice a week or more to keep my pool clean. Now I spend 2 minutes each day and that's it.My unit arrived about a week ago. I used it for the first time the day after a big storm. My pool had leaves, twigs and anything else mother nature decided my pool needed during that storm. I ran the unit in Turbo mode after charging it, installing the iPhone WYBOT App and after configuring the unit. I followed the instructions and dropped the unit in the water and came back 90 minutes later. My pool was nearly spotless. Yes, there were a few small pieces of small leaves (maybe the size of a dime) in a couple of spots. But for a first cleaning aI was very impressed. I cleaned the filter and basket, recharged the battery and changed the mode to Walls and Floors and dropped it in the pool again. I came back a little over 2 hours later and my pool looked flawless. I've used it now for one week and have ZERO complaints. In my opinion, the WYBOT C2 is the best investment I'ver ever made for my pool.
Not bad for the price
Works fairly decent so far. The turbo floor mood with extra filter cleans well. the floor wall mode works about 85%, did not get all the dirt so I had to brush it out the corners. does the waterline and climbs out the pool about 1.5 - 2 inches making sure to get the entire water line. about 3 hours to charge fully after each use. I am still testing all the different modes before I make my final decision to keep it. the last one I bought was garbagem but it was half the price. You get what you pay for!!

Wybot C2 is an effective Pool Cleaner.
I think this is a nice pool cleaner. Not a lot of experience with it yet, but happy so far. Programming into phone seems a little difficult, but hope to resolve with company soon.
