So, this is how my diffuser looked when I bought it nearly two months ago. I work full-time and I’m a full-time student, so I like to destress when I’m home. What better way to do this than a fireplace diffuser blessing me with the scent of my lavender vanilla essential oil? I run my diffuser for a few hours every day while I work on my schoolwork.I couldn’t hear it running at all, the tank lasts a few hours, and it doesn’t leave the area around it wet from condensation. It’s also easy to clean. The user manual walks you through how to clean it properly. Make sure you do this often, so the oil residue doesn’t build up!It’s got a gentle glow, so it’s not blinding or distracting. The light is so gentle, you could even use it as a nightlight.In my opinion it’s a perfect size for what I was looking for. It fits on my desk perfectly! I’m measurement impaired, so for size comparison, I’d say it’s about the size of a 20 oz coffee tumbler laid on its side,I love that you can change the colors on not only the fire, but the steam as well. You can have them the same color or different colors if you like. You can also use it as a night light where it’s still lit, but the fire isn’t going and neither is the steam. You can also have the fire going, but no steam as well. So, you can customize it just the way you like it! Personally, I enjoy the traditional fireplace look. It’s beautiful! The other colors are just as pretty, I just like the classics!I also enjoy that it has a timer for 1, 2, or 3 hours. I use that function when I want to relax to fall asleep, but not leave it running all night long. If you do happen to fall asleep, but forgot to set a timer, no worries! It will automatically shut off once it runs out of water.The remote works well. You can turn it on/off, change the colors of the steam/fire, turn the steam/fire on/off, and set the timer with the remote.It worked wonderfully at first. However, it hasn’t even been two months yet and now the steam barely comes out of it anymore. I can no longer smell my essential oils. Everything else works, but that. I’ve cleaned it as instructed, and followed the troubleshooting directions, but unfortunately it still isn’t working properly.I’m hoping it’s just a fluke, so I’ve ordered a new one just because of how much I loved it until it quit working properly. If the new one I ordered works properly for a longer time period, I will update my review. Had this not happened, I would have definitely given it 5 stars instead of 3.EDIT:They have offered me a full refund for the diffuser that quit working! I really appreciate it, because I thought I was just out of luck since there was only a 30-day warranty on it. So far my new one is still going strong! I’m hoping this one lasts! I love it so much!

The media could not be loaded. Includes: Unit, Remote & Charging Wire (no block charger, needed for operation). No oils included for smells (not needed for operation).Pros:-The colors u get are very appealing-Color of fog (upper) and fireplace (lower) independently controlled. When the fireplace lights are off the light fromfog spills over into it, ever so slightly, which is a great dim look for at night if using it during sleep.-Small (pro & con) Great for a camper or small space. (see pics included)-Easy to use-Has both Remote and Base Unit ControlsCons-There is a noticeable Hum with the fireplace light (lower) on. This does seem to diminish some after the first fewhours of use, so it may be less or not even noticeable. My video shows the first few minutes of use at the loudest itwas. Some other people's videos do seem to showcase the lower sound of it, probably after longer use.-Lid doesn’t quite close sometimes leaving a very small gap at top; mainly aesthetic-Size is small so this is not gonna be a fake-fireplace look. But it is great for many spaces.- No power block charger included, only comes with the USB-C (to unit) to USB-A (to block) cord.-Instructions for the button clicks are slightly confusing at first, however just playing with the controls help youfigure it out. Below is hopefully a bit easier of the remote sequence.The hum is mainly noticeable in extremely quiet environments, with ur heat or air running in the background it is less noticeable. If ur using this for sleep, u will likely want the lower brightness setting which makes the noise gone and just the sound of the water diffusing.Attaching a video for the hum sound and color, just be mindful that this is daylight so the colors while visible may be even better at night.Also attaching pictures for dimensions.Sequence of Button Clicks (this is for both the Fog (Upper) and Fireplace (Lower) lights, but they have seperate switches, so you must click each for what you want; Example: You can have the fog lights rotate colors while the fireplace lights are off or solid color, or vice versa:1st Click = Orange Light, somewhat similiar to a real fire.2nd Click = Rotating Colors (always starts at blue)3rd Click = Holds last color in the rotation of colors4th Click = Light OffInitially I thought the only two colors were Orange & Blue, however once you give it a second on the second click it will start to rotate the colors.

I mean it's nice. Only holds about the same as a normal diffuser from the store and the lights are nice. Nothing special about it. I use it more as a decor in the evening in my bedroom for the ambience.

Looks just like the photos in the product description. It is small, but seems bigger if you put it closer to your eyes. It will be a good day when they make a size or two larger. Right now the next larger version is too big of a jump $wise.

The media could not be loaded. This probably the most faulty product I’ve bought and had to re-order. The product looks as pictured (wish the cord was long but that’s a personal preference) isn’t too big but is noticeable. For both of my orders, the first one worked great the first night after putting it on the 3H timer. I go to turn it on the next, the steam doesn’t work. I try to clean and trouble shoot with no dice so I got a free return and a replacement. It got in last night, ran well like the other one with no issue until as I’m writing this review. Same issue. Cleaned it, made sure to pour to the given line. There is nothing more I should have to do as a customer to get this product to work past 24 hours. It’s ridiculous. Unless you’re just buying for the fire looking effect on the front, don’t bother. It’s a waste of time, space, and water. They’re both getting sent back.
