I have only tried this product twice but those two times I slept a little a better than I normally do. Didn’t notice a whole lotta difference though. The taste is not bad, you just gotta chew it really fast, but thoroughly LOL!

These sleep gummies work better than anything else I’ve ever tried. I get six hours of deep sleep and don’t wake up feeling foggy. Melatonin gives me four hours sleep at best, and I feel foggy the next morning.

I cannot give a review about how effective these gummies are for sleep. I could not get them past my nose into my mouth. Immediately after opening the jar there was a VERY strong smell that I could not get past. They smell of paint thinner similar to the odor of very, very old crackers. I’m not sure which ingredient makes it smell this way but it is powerful and pungent. Honestly, I put them in the trash.

gave 2 stars for now as ive not yet taken any. In response to the smell. I didn't find them foul. Yes they do have a smell possibly because of the herbs used to make them.Will write another report later in the week after i've used them.so after haing these for a week and taking them. The taste isnt bad at all. And theres no foul odor.And since taking them i'm sleeping about 7hrs a night which is alot. My normal was 3 or 4 hrs a night.

It is very effective for sleep, and I do like the idea of gummy‘s instead of capsules the taste is all right, which could be better but for the value of price paid and the effectiveness of the product I can overlook the just OK taste. I do recommend this product if you have sleep issues and if you can Combine it with the Triple sleep, magnesium powder, the Fastness that you fall asleep and the quality of sleep that you get are unreal And no other products have been able to do that for me. Also, you do not feel groggy upon waking, which is very important to me as well!
