I absolutely love these hydration tabs. I recently started doing hot yoga and found that plain water wasn’t quite enough, while traditional sports drinks were too sugary and hard on my stomach. These have been the perfect middle ground. I usually drop one into my water bottle during workouts, and often have one in the afternoon just to stay hydrated—especially during the summer. The flavors are all great, they dissolve completely, and there’s never any gritty residue or chunks left behind. Highly recommend!

Needed to add electrolytes to my daily fluid intake.Wanted a balance of electrolytes and this product meets my specifications .Been taking for a week, one time a day (am) and I can feel a difference.Easy, just drop the tablet into my water and ready to drink.Pleasant taste and no after taste.Highly Recommend

I have enjoyed the nuun tablets through all of my pregnancies. It makes such a difference.I have tried other electrolyte powders and nuun seems to work best for me. This sugar free option tastes fine and works as well as the old option.As long as a flavor isn’t distasteful, I don’t care about flavor, for me that isn’t the point. I put one tablet in half a gallon of water once or twice a day. It helps me feel much clearer mentally and avoid headaches or muscle cramps. For me that’s the point rather than taste.I think trying a couple electrolyte brands is probably a good idea, to see what works best. I have recommended this product to a couple friends and would continue to do so. It is a great product to try.

These are our go-to electrolytes! Great taste!!! Not too sweet tasting, just a fresh, light citrus. Not overpowering. Pretty neutral while getting the hydration job done! And for the price point I can do!

First it's a food product so it's nonreturnable. I don't like it at all. I don't even want to finish the bottle of water I dropped it in. It took a long time to dissolve too so I feel I have to wait until fully dissolved otherwise the taste gets even worse half way through. I can't believe nuun would even let a product like this go to market. The other version is ok though.

I put these tablets in my bike water bottle. I don't get leg cramps even in hot weather when I have 1 or 2 water bottles with a single tablet each. These electrolyte tablets don't contain alot of sugar or unnecessary ingredients.

Eh, these are OK. Not my favorite tasting electrolyte but convenient to just chew when needed.
