The best I can say about supplements is that they have no side effects. I've taken this for a few days with no issues. The packaging is profession and looks safe. I also enjoy moving the pills around in their packing. Good asmr feels.

I’ve been using this supplement for a few days now, and I’m very pleased. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and they haven’t caused me any gastrointestinal issues. I can’t speak too much about the effects yet, but I do feel more energetic—though that could just be the placebo effect of taking a supplement that promises to boost energy levels.However, I like the formula even though I never heard about the brand and I didn't see any US third-party testing it. It contains key ingredients that are known for their anti-aging properties, NAD+ and resveratrol.I read a study that supports the idea that boosting NAD+ can improve energy, reduce inflammation, and support brain and heart health. Resveratrol has antioxidant properties and may positively affect longevity and cardiovascular health. This is often linked to the “French Paradox” (the observation that the French have lower rates of heart disease despite a high-fat diet, potentially due to moderate red wine consumption, which contains resveratrol).Of course, I'm aware that exercise and diet play a big role in overall well-being, but I’m starting with the supplement. So far, so good. If it doesn’t work, I’ll update my review.
