Great coffee grinder. Works well. But i do not recommend it for espresso.If you drink espresso then you know that it needs to be an extremely fine powder. Very smooth and soft. This grinds it up but not a fine powder like espresso is supposed to be. So it's great if you need course or medium but not fine. I had the setting turned as far as it would go for fine, ran the grinds through four different times and ended up using a different grinder to get the consistency that I needed.It is a great size though, there was no clogging, and I was able to grind quite a bit at one time.

Will not grind. Followed poorly written instructions. Nothing. Power turns on (red light on power button), but motor never turns on. Called the support phone #. No answer, no message, just a single beep.Here is text copied directly from instructions. See if it makes sense to you:"OFF and release power bar to begin grinding. Note: A safety featureor the grinder does not allow it to operate unless the hopper andgrind chamber are properly in place."Returning this and will not be buying another product made by this brand.Quality control doesn't seem to be part of the equation.

Worked good for a while but it will not last very long if you are trying to do a pound at a time! I only had it for about 3 months and the bur wore out!!!

I bought this for traveling, so I wanted something relatively small but "faster" than the previous one I bought. This is very nice. And easy to figure out and use, Very simple. This doesn't let you set the amount you want ground (it DOES let you set the size of the grind, though!) so stay nearby to shut it off when it's gone through the beans. VERY neat after the grinding - I have another one that always leaves coffee grounds where they shouldn't be, whereas this one makes certain they all go into the correct container.
