I just got this today and I love it! I have her previous book (and follow her on IG) but I think this is even better than her first cookbook. The format is easy to follow and she uses cute icons that make it easy to see the recipe's prep time, nutrition content, etc. I really appreciate the nice balance of cooking and health tips. We all have plenty of recipes and cookbooks and we know where to read nutrition advice but to have them presented side by side is so useful! Well worth the price!

Nisha is so amazingly knowledgeable AND has a great sense of what works together to keep you healthy AND give good taste. If you're plant-based, or thinking about becoming plant-based, or just want to clean up your eating habits, and if you're interested in living longer and better, buy this. There are lots of recipes with easy instructions and (mostly) easily available ingredients (I live in the sticks so there's that), and plenty of information for swapping ingredients or omitting them entirely. Seriously, buy this book. You can't fail.

I’ve been vegan for three years. As I private chef and caterer, I through it was going to be easy creating dishes, but NO! There’s more science and knowledge one must have about nutrition. I discovered @cookingforpeanuts in Instagram, and because of her background as a licensed Nutricionist, I know I’m getting my nutritional needs met. I use Practically Vegan on a weekly basis. I am so stocked about this longevity book. I appreciate its layout, background information, planner, AND recipes. Highly recommend!!

Nisha is an amazing resource when it comes to healthful, nutrient rich recipes and this cookbook is no exception. It is full of incredible, vegan recipes that make me feel good after I eat them. It's going to be a staple in our kitchen!

Let me just say that her earlier cookbook Practically Vegan is the best cookbook of its kind that I have tried. Additionally it is offered in a spiral format which I enjoy for cookbooks. You can confidentially serve these dishes to non -vegans. She also shares her tips for creating great textures and flavors.This cookbook has a lot of info too. I guess I was hoping for more savory items and fewer salads and dips, but perhaps a good counterpoint to Practically Vegan.

Nisha is the Queen of easy, nutritious vegan recipes. She not only talks the talk, she walks the walk. This book is LOADED with essential nutrition info for vegans that is science backed and evidence based. She deliversall the goods with recipes that are not only jam packed with flavor but they are easy to make and really good for you. This is the real deal. Whether you are a seasoned vegan or a beginner this book belongs in your collection.

This cookbook has a lot of great recipes. It is WFPB with lots of great meal prep ideas. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow. I know the price is on the higher side, but it is worth the price.I really like that she makes sure that we are getting the nutrients we need as vegans. Everything is pretty well balanced. The only substitution I really make is using date syrup instead of maple syrup. Otherwise she really used dates to sweeten everything if they need a sweetener.
Delicious recipes but a lot of prep and ingredients
Good recipes but a lot of ingredients needed and loads of prep work! I don't work from home so it’s a bit difficult the night before chopping and blending everything just to have a salad for lunch.
The best healthy meal prep book
I've been watching Nishas cooking videos and have tried out some recipes from her newsletter / mealplanner. So exciting that she put this all together as a book now! I bought it immediately and am super happy about it. The book looks great, it makes healthy food prep so much more fun and I actually can't wait to try all the recipes as they look SO GOOD. You get hungry just by looking at all the delicious meals! The design is beautiful, the size might appear a bit big at first, but it's actually perfect for putting it next to you while preparing the food. 100% recommend if you want to get started with healthy vegan plantbased delicious food prep! ♥️🌟

I really like this cookbook. It’s simple to follow, one page recipes, and almost all recipes take less than 30 minutes. Great for everyday healthy cooking for yourself. I also like the beginning of the book where she teaches about what ingredients are good for longevity and how to best prepare them.
