In the month I used it, I started noticing my stomach was not as upset. And my knees and other joints were not hurting as much. It look it and taste like baby food with a little mossy taste but not bad at all. I order the mango pineapple flavor and can not wait to get my next jar.

I truly love this sea moss it has improved my health I feel more energy, and I sleep very well which is so important in getting your health back on track. It gives you some major nutrients needed to thrive especially those older adults who may not have all the healthy food selections (food insecurities) and it’s a great value. Two tablespoons a day is enough to start each of us on a road of better health. Those who a younger can use this product to maintain their good health as an preventative source getting ourselves to a wholesome life style.

It isn't delicious but it's ok. I have had sea moss that works a lot better than this but everyone is different. I was still gassy with this one. Wasn't impressed with it.

Hello, did you also see influencer hype and thought you had to try it? I took 2 scoops of this and played sports and tweaked my hamstring. So all those minerals did nothing to prevent that. And I had been running for a week. I didn’t expect it to save the day and it didn’t, don’t think of it as any kind of miracle supplement. Probably aids in good health and I feel good taking it and my anecdote is probably unrelated but it’s true - or maybe it helped in some way? I don’t know. All I know is I got hurt while taking it which was disappointing. Also it says you need to take for 3 months to experience full effects. That sounds like MARKETING

So delicious! I wanted to try the strawberry, that’s is the one I am using now but this one beats it! The flavor tastes just like a gummy! I can see in difference in my skin, hair and nails. Overall I feel energized!
