I took the items which were all wrapped very securely. Went through the parts list, several times to get familiar with. Read all the instructions a few times and tried on all the attachments to the steamer also. Took the steamer and put it on the cabinet took off the top as instructed added bottle water to the steamer with the little measuring cup into the funnel also supplied with. Put the top back on, plugged it into my home outlet and waited for about 5 to 7 minutes and felt the base was hot. I aimed the steamer at my shower door, pushed the on button and I could hear very little steam with absolutely nothing coming out of the outlet!

It did delivered. So happy with my purchase. I can have my house house very clean without any chemicals, just with the powerful steam.I wish I could more stars..
