It took long to unpackage this from wooden parcel packaging but it arrived in a great condition. Instruction manual didn't clearly mentioned how to adjust a pilot light size, so I email their support alias and they responded within 24 hours with a how to video. Overall, very satisfied.

Initially I received a product that was broken but after communicating with the vendor she replaced it with a new product free of charge. This vendor is truly reliable trust with the seller. The price is very good and the product sturdy and suitable for professional kitchen. I receive the replacement product promptly. Very excited about this product which works with natural gas and propane as advertised. I definitely would do business with this vendor again. I appreciate the vendors effort to replace the defect the product so promptly and free of charge. This product is truly amazing, we have a very busy kitchen and burners truly lift up to my expectation.

They dont tell you that the burners stay on all the time. So if you have a food truck you will waste a ton of propane. Vevor say there is a way to adjust the pilots, there isn't. if you went past the return time as i did buy some plugs for the pilot light and light manually....550 buck waste>>>>
