I bought this thinking it would be more firm and supportive. I slept on all 3 flights. It was amazing. Super supportive and comfortable

I haven’t traveled with it yet but I did try it out and even sitting upright it offers so much support. I tried slightly reclined and I am very hopeful I will be able to sleep on our trans Atlantic flights. It fit neatly back inside the bag too.

I purchased only one at first to test it if it is comfortable or not. And I liked it because of the material not hard and not too soft either. Just the right amount of cushion for the neck. I can adjust it because of the velcro at front. It did not bother my neck against my recliner. This is not too high for the neck. It doesn't give you stiff neck. My family liked it too! So I ordered another 2 for our upcoming trip outside the US. Well, I rated it only 4 stars because I still have to use it later in the plane for long hours so let's see if I am fully content and satisfied:-)

Not great if you wear headphones. The padding was good but pushed the headphones up on my ears. I liked the support it gave for a 12 hour flight, but didn't realize that with my headphones it would hard to wear. I ended up just using the earbuds the airlines provided when I had it on and was purposely trying to sleep. Next time I will look for some of the other brands that are made more tapered around the shoulders and ears. These were just too big for me for the way I use them and I will be returning them. It's a good product otherwise.

Why has no one mentioned that IT SMELLS. It's like an air freshener or a dryer sheet smell. I always look for non-scented everything and I would never have purchased this if I'd known it had an odor. Buyer beware!!!
